Instructions: Stamp the corner and border images from All Glammed Up Shoe Cling Stamp Set and Dressed Up Cling Stamp Set respectively on a piece 8 1/2" x 3 3/4" of watercolor cardstock in the center of top and bottom edge with Black archival ink. Color them using distress ink pads and koi waterbrush. Die cut them using the matching dies from All Dressed Up Die (do not use the lower borders of the die sets to keep the piece intact as shown). Ink the edges and the center with Brushed Corduroy Distress ink.
Die cut a piece of white cardstock with Eyelet Oval Die (do not use the middle oval piece). Ink the edges with Brushed Corduroy Distress ink and adhere to the tag base.
Stamp the dress image from All Dressed Up Cling Stamp Set with VersaMark ink on watercolor cardstock and heat emboss using ranger gold embossing powder and heat-it-tool. Color it using distress ink pads and koi waterbrush. Die cut it using the matching die from All Dressed Up Die. Adhere it to the tag base with foam adhesive.
Stamp the sentiment from Glammed Up Sentiments Cling Stamp Set on a strip of white cardstock with VersaMark ink and heat emboss using ranger gold embossing powder and heat-it-tool. Trim this piece and cut in a banner shape and ink the edges with Brushed Corduroy Distress ink. Curve the banner and adhere to the tag. Add rhinestones to add finishing touches.
