Instructions: Die cut an eyelet oval from white cardstock. Layer over the middle of a large panel cut from patterned paper. Use the inner rim of the eyelet die to cut a frame through both paper layers. Adhere the panel to a card base, then cut once more to cut through the card base. Die cut a shoe from beige patterned paper and adhere to the left side of the frame. Stamp a sentiment to the inside of the card so it shows through the window. Cut a small decorative strip from a mini print and cut notches into one end. Adhere from the edge of the card base under the sentiment. Adhere a row of paint dots under the sentiment, and smear some of the same shimmer paint across the top of the sentiment itself to highlight it. Stamp and die cut some petals and leaves from patterned paper. Shape and assemble the pieces to create a floral cluster over the top of the printed flowers. Dip the centre of the flowers into gold Gala Glitz before adhering in place. Cut very narrow strips of green patterned paper and wrap around a paintbrush end to create a swirl. Adhere with the ends tucked into the floral clusters. Apply paint dots around the inner edge of the decorative frame.
