Jean Pocket Poppy Card

Other Products: White and black cardstock.

Watch this video to see how to shape the Blazing Poppy flower

Instructions: Create a 6" x 6" folded white card base. I chose a 6" x 6" patterned panel from the Blazing Poppy Paper Collection. Cut a rectangle with the Cut Mat Create 1B Die using the jean pocket from the Blazing Poppy Paper. Create a black mat with the rectangle from the Cut mat create 1A die. Glue these 2 pieces together and cut out the small rectangle at the bottom for the sentiment. Lay the rectangle onto the card and stamp the sentiment into the rectangle opening and then 3d the large rectangle to the card. Stamp 1 set of the Blazing Poppy on white cardstock and cut out with the coordinating die. Color the the flowers with Lipstick red chalk ink and Tangelo memento ink. The leaves were stamped with black ink on the green patterned Blazing Poppy Paper and cut out with the coordinating die. Shape the flowers as shown in this video. Glue the second and third largest flower together. Assemble the flowers and leaves as pictured. Add glitter as desired with the dries clear glue and the fine metal tip.
