Instructions: Die cut a decorative oval from white cardstock. Cut a large panel from patterned paper and adhere to the front of a 5" x 7" card base. Lay the die cut oval over the centre of the card and trace the inner edge with a pencil. Remove the die cut and cut the pencil line to create a frame. Adhere the decorative die back over the frame to create a decorative window. Stamp and die cut a sentiment tag and buckle from patterned paper. Thread the sentiment through the buckle, then adhere to the right side of the card. Stamp and die cut a set of leaves from patterned paper. Shape the leaves and adhere through the centre of the card. Stamp and die cut a set of fuchsia blooms. Apply ink to the ends of the petals, and shape each one. Assemble the flowers, applying glitter to the ends of the stamens, then adhere through the centre of the card among the leaves. Apply dots of pearl paint to the intersecting lines of the die cut.
