Instructions: The final project size is 6 1/2" x 8 1/2". Cover a 6 1/2" square frame with paper from the Paper Collection. Cut a 2" x 12" length of mint paper strip from the Paper Collection and score it every 1/4". Accordion-fold the strip and form it into a semi-circle or “fan” shape. Adhere with hot glue on the end where the scored folds meet. Cut a semi-circle from scrap cardboard and adhere to the back of the fan to stabilize the form. Adhere the form to the top of the square frame.
Stamp and die cut five leafy branches using the Classic Leaf die set and coordinating cling stamp set on Mossy Meadow cardstock with Mossy Meadow ink. Die cut two leafy vines using the Cut Mat Create 2A die from fuchsia metallic cardstock. Set the die cut leaves aside. Stamp and die cut each of the sizes of the fuchsia dies twice using Strawberry Slush ink onto fuchsia and mint papers from the Paper Collection. Reference this video to assemble the die cut pieces into five complete fuchsias. Die cut the Decorative Oval Die from fuchsia metallic cardstock and adhere it to the center of the square frame. In the center of the Decorative Oval die cut, adhere two of the green leafy branches and adhere two of the completed fuchsias on top of the leaves. Position an oval acetate dome over the branches and fuchsias and adhere it to the frame with a thin layer of Glossy Accents along the top and bottom rim of the dome. Continue adding the remaining leaf and fuchsia foliage pieces around the top and bottom of the dome as shown in the sample, cutting them apart as needed to complete the look you want to achieve. Cut a sentiment strip from the Paper Collections that says “You Are The Flower In My Garden”. Cut notches into each end of the strip to create a banner. Adhere over the bottom of the dome as shown. Glue on two small, white feather birds to the top of the frame. Finish the display by adding white half-back pearls as accents.
