Instructions: Fold pre-scored 5" X 7" sheet for card base. Cut one 5" X 7" card front from paper pad. Trim 1/8" from each edge to make a white mat edge when attached to card base. Cut an 8" piece of ribbon, glue 1/4" down from card front and glue by wrapping ends to the back and gluing in place. Make a bow and glue at center point of ribbon. Stamp rose image and butterflies on X-Press It paper with Memento ink. Cut butterflies with die and choose two larger ones to color for your card. Cut one tag and one ticket of your choice. Cut two of the long flourishes from the Cut Mat Create die and the POW! paper. Glue these to the right and left side of the card front. Color the rose & buds with the Copic BG15, 11, 000, adding a touch of the BG18 to darken around the center & edges of petals. Color the leaves with the Copic YG67, 63 & G20. These three are my "go to" colors for most foliage. Color the butterflies using the same BG colors. I then coated them with the Stickles, using the Aqua on the darkest areas and the Star Dust and Eucalyptus on the lighter areas. Cut the rose image with the largest oval from the Spellbinder die set using Emma Lous tutorial on the HC Blog. I added Star Dust Stickles around the edge of the oval. Glue the rose image over the oval that is preprinted in the card front. Thread a stickpin through the tag, tie a bow with gold twine & glue to right corner using pop-dots at the top for dimension. Glue the ticket to the top left using pop-dots. Lastly glue one each of the butterflies to the opposite corners as shown, with pop-dots added to the bottom butterfly. This completes the card.
