Instructions: Remove the perspex and backing from the frame, then paint the edges of the frame with paint and allow to dry. Adhere the front of the frame to patterned paper then trim to fit. Use a craft knife to remove the centre opening. Sand the edges for a neat finish. Adhere patterned paper to the inside of the backing sheet and trim to fit. Replace into the frame, along with the Perspex. Cut a small frame panel and adhere to the Perspex with foam dots. Stamp two copies of the window image. From one, cut away the window shutters and affix to the main image with foam dots. Colour the image with copics. Adhere the completed image to the centre of the frame panel with foam dots. Cut a ticket tag and a title strip from patterned paper. Layer the two together and attach a tied ribbon bow. Adhere to the bottom right of the frame. Stamp, and die cut a variety of blossoms and assemble into flowers of different sizes. Spray with paint mist for shimmer and to intensify the colour. Create a large flower cluster on the top right of the frame along with a fussy cut flower image, and a small cluster on the bottom right along with a bitty blossom. Stamp and die cut a leaf and tuck into the top cluster. Apply some kindyglitz to the small flowers in the stamp image, and some rows of paint dots around the inner edge of the frame.
