Instructions: Layout is 12 x 12". The navy patterned paper with the tree border is your background. Cut a strip of the light blue patterned paper that is 1.5 x 12". Cut 2 border strips using the Starry Night Decorative border die from white cardstock. Adhere these border strips to the light blue patterned paper strip. Cut a strip of the green patterned paper that is 0.5 x 12" and adhere to the light blue patterned paper strip. Adhere this to the top of the background.
Cut 2 of the Starry Night Decorative images from white cardstock. Mat the square photo (4 x 4") in white cardstock. Cut a piece of the green patterned paper that is 5 x 5" and mat that in white cardstock. Adhere the matted photo to the green patterned layer using foam tape. Adhere the green pattern to the white cardstock mat and adhere the entire thing to the middle of the layout using foam tape. Add the decorative dies to either side using mini adhesive dots. Cut a strip of the light blue patterned paper wide enough for the chipboard word (1.25 x 6.5"), flag one end. Mat this in dark blue patterned paper. Adhere the layers together and add to the layout using foam tape. Add a gem to the middle of the border strip at the top. Find and die cut the small blue tag using the coordinating die. Add a natural burlap string bow to the top and adhere above the matted photo.

Shape all of the images using the coordinating 3D Shaping Molds. Assemble the flowers. Add beads and Prills to the middles of each flower and let dry. Add Crystal Clear Glitter to the flowers using a glue pen.
Adhere the candle lantern to the top right hand corner of the layout and add a small poinsettia to the top. Add another small poinsettia to the chipboard border strip. Adhere the holly borders to either side of the matted photo. Add the poinsettias in clusters to either side of the matted photo and along the holly borders.
