Instructions: Card size is 7 x 4 1/2". Cut a mat layer from the darker shade of pearl paper. Cut a white card stock little bigger than the mat frame layer and leaves 1/4 inch border all around, cut a panel. Adhere the mat frame on this panel. Distress the edges with Viridian ink. Cut another piece of white card stock slightly bigger than this card panel and leaving 1/8th inch border. Adhere this mat frame panel on the larger card stock. Similarly cut two more mat layers in white card stock, each slightly bigger than the previous one. Adhere them together. In total there are 4 mat layers of white card stock. Measure the last mat layer and make a top folding horizontal card base, slightly bigger than this. Distress the edges of all the mat layers.
Cut three die cut frames from the Regal Frames die set. One die cut in White card stock and two in a lighter shade of pearl paper. Adhere the three die cuts together with clear glue. Adhere the regal frame on the card front. Cut the accent label in white card stock and stamp the sentiment in jet black ink. Layer it with the accent die cut in blue paper. Adhere on the card front using foam dots.
Stamp the classic rose flower in Paradise Teal colour on deluxe flower shaping paper. Colour with shades of leaf green, viridian and paradise teal colour. Stamp the leafy accents leaves in Library green ink. Colour with shades of green ink. Mold and shape the flowers in the flower shaping mold and give further shape with groove tools. Layer two big and one medium flower together and prick a hole in centre. Make a centre with assorted stamens and add to the centre of the flowers.
Arrange all the flowers and leaves on the die cut.
Finish the card by adding enamel dots and water droplets.
