Instructions: Take a 8 1/2 x 11" white pearl cardstock, score and fold at 5 1/2". This will be your card base.
Select paper from Under The Sea Paper Collection and cut into size of your card base leaving a 1/16" border and Using VersaMark stamp sentiment from the Heartfelt Love Sentiments Stamp Set and add white embossing powder and heat set with the heat tool. Place on the card base.
Select paper from Under The Sea Paper Collection and cut it out using the Sweetheart Borders Die and adhere it to the card base using 3d foam tape. Cut two sets hearts using Eyelet Hearts Die and adhere it with 3d foam tape.
To create flowers, stamp the Classic Rose Cling Stamp on foam paper with black Archival ink and cut using the coordinating dies. Colour with gallery oil soft pastels (202, 209, 206) using sponge. You will need two petals for each flower.
Use an iron or heat gun to heat the petals and then shape using your fingers.
Use a paper piercer to make a hole in the middle and pull through the green stamens from the Assorted Pearl-Small set. Add a little hot glue to the underside of the flower to adhere.
Stamp the leaves from the Classic Rose Cling Stamp on white paper with dark green Archival ink, colour using lighter green ink, cut out with the coordinating die and shape. Adhere the flowers and leaves to the card using a hot glue gun.
