Instructions: I used both sheets of the background patterned paper and cut out only the plain patterned corners and adhered them to a sheet of taupe cardstock leaving just a narrow little outside border. Cut a strip of the orange patterned paper that is 1.5 x 12" and adhere to the middle of the layout. Cut a strip of the striped patterned paper that is 0.75 x 12" and mat on white cardstock. Adhere these layers together and adhere across the middle of the layout. Cut a square of green patterned paper that is 7.5 x 7.5 and mat in white cardstock. Adhere to the middle of the layout. Double mat your photo in white cardstock and adhere to the layout using 3D foam.
Die cut one of the smallest decorative die images from the Intricate Swirl Frames die set from white cardstock. Adhere to the right of the matted photo. Find and cut out the "A Time to Remember" sentiment and adhere on top of the decorative die using 3D foam. Find and die cut out the tags and adhere to the top of the matted photo. Add burlap string bows to each. Add gems to the corners of the green patterned paper square.
Stamp and die cut 2 of the tulip images from Tulip Bouquet onto white cardstock using dark brown ink (Early Espresso). Stamp and die cut 2 sets of the medium Tulip Time flowers and 2 sets of the small leaves onto white cardstock using the same dark brown ink. Stamp and die cut 1 of the drooping tulips and 1 set of the tulip stems from Tulip Vase and Fillers onto white cardstock using dark brown ink. Add color to all of the tulips using Chameleon Pens (Vermillion, Red Coral). Add color to the stems and leaves using Chameleon Pens (Apple Green, Olive Green). Mist the back of the separate flower pieces using a light pink mister (Heidi Swapp Shimmer Mister- Blush). Shape these using the 3D Tulip Shaping Mold. Assemble the layered tulips and then add yellow stamen from Bright Bead Medium.
Add the tulip bouquets to either side of the matted photo. Then add more pieces, tulips and leaves to extend the clusters. Add the 3D tulips to either side of the matted photo.
