Instructions: Make a card base by cutting white card stock 10" x 7", score at 5" and and fold in half to create a base of 7" x 5". Score at 1/2 inch intervals on the scoring board on the card front.
Mix water color of your choice or the colors shown on the card and randomly apply paint all over the card front and let it dry. It looks better if you use two to three colors matching to your design. Color another strip of paper with pink water color and cut out a broad border using the border dies. Adhere the border die strip on the card front using foam dots.
Stamp the image with birds and umbrella on water color paper and colour with any water colour medium of your choice. Cut with matching die. Stamp the Classic Rose flower image with black ink and color with Forget-Me Not archival ink using sponge daubers. Cut with matching die, shape with the Rose Mold and add stamens to the flower centers. Stamp the leaves from the Songs of Spring Cling Stamp set with library Green and color with Fern Green. Die cut using the coordinating die and shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.
Cut two circle die cuts to create a circle frame and adhere the two die cuts with clear glue. Add glossy accents and apply glitter shards on top. Make another such frame using a bigger circle die. Cut a base from the circle dies to match the frames. Stamp the sentiment on the smaller base and adhere to card front on the left side. Adhere the smaller frame on top. Adhere the larger circle base on the top and adhere the umbrella and bird images die cuts using foam dots.
Arrange the flowers and leaves with some stamens as fillers on the large circle frame as shown. Cut two die cuts from the Festive Holiday die and adhere the two on the two sides of the large circle frame with dries clear glue.
