Instructions: Cut heavy white cardstock at 11 x 5 1/2 inches. Score at 5 1/2 inches, creating a top fold card. Cut blue cardstock at 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches. Cut the designer paper that looks like blue rain drops at 5 x 5 inches. Apply Ranger Crackle Paste - Clear to the edges and corners of the designer paper. Sprinkle Rajni's Frosting Powder and heat set. The longer you heat the powder, the more it will puff up. You can adjust this to your liking. Adhere the layers using double sided tape.
Stamp the boot from the Rain Boots and Blossoms Stamp Set on Copic compatible paper. I used X-Press It Blending Cardstock with Espresso Memento Ink. Color the image with Copic Alcohol Ink Markers (B21, B24, B27, B29, Y00, Y11, YR21, YR24, C3, C4, C7). Die cut the image with the coordinating die. Die cut an additional 4 boots from the reserve blue cardstock. Adhere the boots together using Dries Clear Adhesive. This will add dimension and pop the image up. Punch a hole in the upper left corner and apply an eyelet. Apply #D Crystal Lacquer and allow to fully dry. Bead a short tassel and attach to the eyelet.
Find the tag with the boots and flowers. Fussy cut the tag and sponge the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Adhere some frayed cheese cloth to the designer paper using Dries Clear Adhesive. Apply the tag and allow to dry. Adhere the boot with mounting tape.
Stamp the sentiment using Tuxedo Black Dye Ink and Raindrop Sentiment Stamp Set on white cardstock. Cut the sentiment and mat using Eyelet Circle and Basics Die - Small and Circle Basics Large Die. They nest beautifully. Adhere the layers using Dries Clear adhesive and pop it on the card with mounting tape.
