Instructions: To see a close up view of this layered card see this link. Using the oval dies, follow Emma Lou's suggestions here for cutting papers for the layered ovals, adhere the papers. I did not use the smallest oval in this project. On a couple of the ovals, I cut around the bear to include them in the oval image. Attach your papers and ink the edges of the ovals and edges of the pages.
You can make this as light or as dark as you wish. Stamp all your images on white cardstock using Rich Cocoa Archival ink. Color leaves using a bit of Wild Honey; Fossilized Amber and Vintage Photo; color the woodsy fillers with Peeled Paint on the leaves; Wild Honey and Fossilized Amber on the mini flowers from the window box fillers. Cut and stamp all your elements on Bazzill white cardstock using Archival Rich Cocoa ink. Color them with Distress Inks that i have listed above. Shape using the Deluxe flower shaping kit. Layer the trees and your bears so you can create a scene that is peeking through each page of the card. I concentrated the bulk of my elements on the cover, layering everything just so all the elements fit together. Once you have it figured where you want them all to go, adhere with dries clear and foam adhesive for extra dimension. I placed seed beads in the center of the large palm leafs from the woodsy wonderland set.
When i stamped the mini fillers, i cut them apart and put seed beads in the center of these and set these on top the rocky border from the woodsy wonderland. I also set of couple of these mini beauties on the one of the flower fillers.
Wrap ribbon through center and tie in bow on outside. Place gold thread around in a bow and attach trinket pins, making sure you are sticking these back into the bind so they wont stick out. Final details is to add Crystal Clear Powder and Nuvo clear to areas for added texture and dimension.
