Watch this video here for tips on how to create scenes from the Beary Retreat Collection.

Instructions: To see a close up photo of this diorama click here. Cut a piece of cardboard for the bottom of 11 x 8" and 1 piece of 2 ½ x 8" for the back wall and 1 piece of 6 x 2 ½" for the side. Put them together with a paper hinge. The paper hinges are made of cardstock, they are 12 x 1" and you score them in half and you put tape on both sides of the score mark. So put 1 hinge on the back of the bottom and 1 hinge on the left side of the bottom plate and connect them with the pieces of 2 ½" high.

Now you put designer paper on the bottom and on the back of the back part and side part to cover it as desired.

Fussy Cut 2 images out of the designer paper and glue them on the back and side part.

Die cut the SVG file of the trailer using your silhouette machine and glue it together as the instructions say.

Decorate it with flags made from designer paper glued onto a rope and the awning is made from designer paper. The antenna is wire twisted around a pencil to create the curly look. I also fussy cut a bear out of the designer paper and I put him in the door opening and a rhinestone on the wheel.

Glue a dowel on the right and make a cut a flag and glue it on top of the dowel.

Now you can stamp, the bears, campfire and sunflowers you want using black ink on white cardstock. Color them using distress ink and Twin markers listed above. Die cut with coordinating dies, then I glued them on small square of clear acetate folded in half and adhere them in front of the trailer as shown.

Stamp wild flowers, grass, hollow log and leafy greens in Bamboo Leaves onto white cardstock. Color using same ink along Twin markers as desired. Die cut with coordinating dies and adhere to clear acetate folded in half to attach onto scene base as shown.

Once all is placed as desired add some glitter glue to campfire and using a pearl pen, I added some dots on the door and above awning of the trailer. You can decorate it at your own taste, you can put as many bears you want around the campfire!
