Instructions: Cut white cardstock to 11 x 5 1/2", score and fold at 5 1/2" to create card base. Use the Fleur Border Basics die to cut an angled curve onto the front flap of the card base. Sponge the edges of the flap and card base with Cantaloupe and New Sprout ink. Cut the 6 x 6" woodland deer scene panel from paper collection to 5 1/4 x 5". Use the same border die to cut a coordinating border to fit the front flap of card base. Sponge panel with Cantaloupe and New Sprout inks and attach to the flap of card. Cut one of the 6 x 6 card fronts from the Festive Holly collection to 5 1/4 x 5 1/4". Flip the card front and sponge the edges of the reverse side with Cantaloupe and New Sprout ink and attach to the inside of card.
Stamp the cardinal from and holly spray from HCPC-3791 Festive Holly & Cardinals and deer from HCD1-7124 Woodsy Critters stamp set in Tuxedo Black ink onto white cardstock and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp the festive gate in Teal Zeal ink onto white cardstock and diecut with coordinating die. Cut apart the two gate posts from the gate and sponge edges with Cantaloupe ink. Attach onto card with dimensional adhesive. Cut a piece of white cardstock to 1 x 5 1/2" and diecut the Fleur Border on the one side. Attach this at the bottom of card to create a layer of snow.
Use the Stack and Store daubers to color the images as follows. Use Cantaloupe and Lady Bug on cardinals. Use the Lady Bug on the holly berries as well. Use New Sprout and Bamboo Leaves on the holly leaves. Use Potter's Clay and Peanut Brittle on the 2 largest deer. For the fine details, use a Dove Blender pen. Shape the cardinals, holly berries, leaves, deer and attach onto card as pictured. Cut a sentiment from the paper collection, using a scissors to trim a V into the 1 end. Sponge edges with Cantaloupe and New Sprout ink and attach onto card as shown.
Use Dries White glue along with Crystal glitter to create snowy effect next to cardinals, holly berries, and ground as well as randomly over card to give the appearance of falling snow.
