Returns
It is our pleasure to provide you with quality customer service to assist your needs. Please review the return and exchange policies below before returning an item.
• Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items that are being returned for any other reason are only subject to an account credit. If you return items that have been purchased in a kit/bundle deal with special savings we will only credit the amount you paid. Products purchased beyond the thirty (30) day date of purchase are not returnable or refundable.
• All items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Rubber stamps and Dies that have been used cannot be returned. A product inspection will be performed before returns or exchanges are finalized. No refunds will be issued on shipping charges.
• All returns and exchanges must be issued a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) before goods can be returned. To start a new return request login to your account and select the order that contains the items you wish to return or call us at 574-773-3088 to obtain your RMA number.
• The Customer is responsible for shipping of returned goods. Heartfelt Creations will only pay shipping on orders approved for return shipping on damaged/defective items.
• Refunds are issued according to original payment method and will be issued 5-10 business days once the items are received at Heartfelt Creations.
