Once again, Emma Lou presents a very complex project in a step-by-step model that is easy to follow. The techniques for building the spine of a book can be adapted and used for any size book. The tips range from what type of glue is best for what paper to how to create and arrange beautiful flowers. I'm not much for making books but I love using what I have learned for making cards and enhancing my scrapbook pages. Always a great learning experience!

Loved the class. Very informative. I didn't have my carnations die & stamp yet but I used my poppy die and stamp I just received and followed Emma Lou's instructions and my flower is very pretty. I love that I was able to color the flower and it came out great. I also created a bud for the first time and it wasn't perfect but I still liked it. So thank you HC for the classes. This was my second but won't be the last.

I love Andrea's class, I wish I had gotten more than one of the Seasonal Wreath paper pads at Sacramento. I am really glad I got the Simple Centerpiece she used it so many times and I learned so many different ways to use with the other two dies. This flower shaping class showed how versatile flower stamps can be when using different techniques to shape them. I loved seeing how to make the buds fit into the larger flowers and make a paper flower that looks so real you'd think it was just picked. And seeing the individual flowers glued onto a sheet of paper to store for future use, genius! It was also very helpful learning how to color the flowers for a realistic effect. These Emma Lou classes are fun and so useful.

This was my very first class so I had no idea what to expect. I was at work so I had to watch on and off so very much looking forward to watching it at home with no interruptions. I loved, loved, loved the class. I learned so many helpful hints. I have taken almost all of the Heartfelt Creations classes, and so far I have NEVER been disappointed. I always learn new tips and tricks in each and every one of them. In this class I appreciated the watercolor demonstration with the Zig Clear Color Markers. Also, it was great to see how to put those shadow boxes together, and to learn that a project like this is not as hard as you might think when it is broken down into small, easy to understand steps.
