I don’t know how Emma Lou does it! She teaches, entertains, makes all the pretty things, keeps up with the chat and personalizes the class for her students on the fly! In addition, she always throws in bonus content, tips, hacks and on and on. I have taken almost everyone of her online classes and am NEVER disappointed. Always more than pleased. You earned a 5-heart rating from me today! This was my first online crafts class; it won't be the last I take from HC ! Kudos to Emma Lou--you are a star! Despite minor technical difficulties, loved how you kept the class moving along. I enjoyed the comparison of the original book to the new one underway, and the page-by-page review of embellies at the end was excellent as a wrap-up and final review of how the finished pages look. Thanks for the experience, and can't wait for my order to arrive!

There was a lot of information in this class. I like how Emma repeated how to use the dies to help us get familiar with them. i also like how she showed us how you can mix and match the dies between the sets. It was a fun class and I can hardly wait to start creating. I enjoyed the surprise guest at the end.

I love taking classes from HFC on line or at shows. I always have a completed project and perfect directions. Taking this class was stress free. I had completed putting the album together after replaying the first class; received the PDF and cut the pieces required. When Emma Lou started I was ready to go. Thank you for all of the thought you put into your products. They are high quality and gorgeous, plus they are fun. I am definitely going to take the Roses class!!

Thanks so much for the great tutorial. Was a little intimidated when I first opened a flipfold inserts packets (and they’ve gathered some dust), that’s some remarkable thinking and engineering! I took notes today…then bought a bunch more stuff!!! No longer so intimidated, very much looking forward to putting my new knowledge to use. Also looking forward to the August class.

The time went so fast and you were so gracious when there were some technical problems. I am still smiling. I can't wait to take another and roses are my very favorite flower. I loved this class. Andrea demonstrated and carefully explained all the steps and possible alternatives to making these love necklaces.. I had been toying with the idea of making jewelry from my die cut flowers, but wondered how to make them sturdy enough to make them last and be worth the effort. Andrea gave me the solution with the 3D Crystal Lacquer. Can't wait to try it! Purchased some of the supplies today and will order what I couldn't find in town. I'm excited to make my first necklace.

This class was AAAAA++. This class has taken my Carnation making to the next level. It was so helpful to see several different techniques to use with just one flower die to get different looks. I will now be using stamens in all my flowers - it adds such a nice touch. I thought the class was well paced and the video was perfect with no dead spots or spinning circles. The camera angles were perfect making it easy to follow along.

Great class. Even though I have been making roses for over a year, this class gave me some valuable instruction to make my roses even better than I had been making them. The tips regarding using tweezers to curl the petals to give the rose a more life-like look. Using a hot glue gun to make the buds and especially how to repair a petal that was broken. I really like being able to go back and watch the video to review a specific area of instruction. I can stop, review, then move on. Love that!

Today was a great day of teaching from EmmaLou. I signed up to especially learn how to use the foam for flowers and now I am set to put the product I purchased to use. Some of the things I learned: 1) cutting foam sandwich is the same as if cutting paper using your two plates and the platform. 2) when forming your flowers use a low heat dryer and tweezers. 3) coloring is a personal preference so best to experience to see what suits you best. 4) hot glue is best for quick application. Now practice..

This was my first on-line class. Love-it. I'm really impressed with Andrea. She has that sweet sounding voice and so much knowledge and enthusiasm explaining step by step how to make those elegant vellum flowers the EZ way. When I signed up for this class my interest was learning about the elegant vellum flowers, but her wall project is so gorgeous that I'm wanting to make one for my girlfriend's birthday in November. Thanks to all at Heartfelt Creations for going that extra mile in offering this class.

The presenter did an excellent job explaining the project and showing how to use vellum. I liked that she moved the class along and did not waste time. However, I feel for the money, it was lacking in ideas and creativity. This could have been shortened and added in the free class section or had another 2 projects. I regularly attend these classes and want to learn how to use your products and this class was not anything new. I love HC and want to get my money’s worth from products.

First time I have ever taken a class online. I am glad I had some of the papers cut. I had a problem finding the papers to use at the time. I wonder if we were told to put all 6 x 6 together and the same with the other sizes and maybe it wouldn't have been so confusing. I think it would have been better to put all magnets on to start with?? Loved the class and I am sure I will take another one. Thanks for the offer

What a great class ! Up until today I was not interested in purchasing the Rustic Sunflowers Collection but WOW did Emma Lou change my mind. This was a very informative class with plenty of tips and tricks. The way that Emma Lou explains the how to's makes it so easy to follow along and I love the opportunity that we have to ask questions. Looking forward to the next class .

Love this class and thank you Emma Lou and all the staff who worked so hard to cover all the details! I plan to use the Festive Holly collection with some from Winter's Eve. I have already pre-matched my papers but it would really help to see exactly where the papers are used in the album (because it is so complex). I would love to see an extra pdf of the completed album pages so I can tell if I am selecting a design that will translate well. If you could superimpose the page nbr/side on top that helps.

Absolutely loved blending colors, and learning how to shape roses to look so realistic. I struggled making my first three rose buds with the class, but afterwards, my last two look awesome. The most valuable tip I learned was, it's OKAY to experiment with different color combinations on roses. I couldn't imagine using Peanut Brittle with Lilac Posies on a rose, or Lilac Posies w/Bamboo and Peanut Brittle on leaves - but somehow this combination was stunning. First time at creating roses, and loved it!
