I now have a greater love for foam flowers, which translates into making more of them. The Stamens ARE easier to use after paying attention and using the "do it 10 times" advise. I get so excited before during and after these classes! Your tips, the feedback and questions from other class members is invaluable! Afterwards I am so full of ideas and excited!!! Thanks soooo. much for sharing your enthusiasm and allowing us to be a part of it too.

Hi Emma Lou,  the class was great. Yesterday was 2 of my 4 collie dogs' first birthday.  I had a party  for them with collie-shaped  peanut butter dog biscuits I made and I decorated gingerbread boys for the people!   I want to make the mini album to hold the pictures. of the birthday party.

Emma Lou has done it again!!! This is a wonderful class to learn about making albums (as well as pockets, creating flowers with and without the molds, etc). She always has time to answer questions and even elaborate on what she's already done. This class really pointed out the difference in glitters, backing with black card stock, coloring, adding stamens, flower forming and how to use the border dies. We even learned a little IT lesson! Love the classes, love the sharing and comments, LOVE Heartfelt!!!

The“How to Create Elegant Paper Roses” online class was amazing! I enjoyed the great tips Emma Lou provided while demonstrating the techniques for shaping elegant roses. I am not as intimidated to try to create beautiful roses with this set I purchased a year ago. Thank you for demonstrating how to shape & build the flowers plus creating an amazing card to showcase the finished roses. I especially love that I will be able to view this class again to review the steps and practice. A great investment.

Good afternoon this is my second time taking a class with Mary Lou, I found out that for me the best way is watch the class and take notes, before the class I collect all the necessary supplies, so I will be able to know what’s happening during the class after I will go and do what it was done at my on pace, and I try to applie the techniques in the best possible way.

Was a very interesting class by Andrea, the different flowers made on foam gave new insight on how to hold the flower while it was heated for instance. I've have used the foam on different flowers but that technique will make it much easier & a much prettier card. I was particularly interested in the poinsettias with working on Christmas cards at this time. Thank you Andrea, you explained things clearly as you were showing how to do the different flowers.

I recommend the classes to anyone who would like to learn something new or just jump start their creativity!

This was a marvelous class filled with new and old tips and tricks for making a superb necklace. The techniques will be applicable to many other projects too. I very much enjoyed the instructor's teaching style and am planning on making at least one necklace this week. I am immediately thinking of using roses especially as the sweet peony stamps and dies are currently out of stock.I really enjoyed seeing the use of the 3D Crystal Lacquer. It was very good to be shown just how to use it to coat the flowers.

You earned a 5-heart rating from me today! This was my first online crafts class; it won't be the last I take from HC ! Kudos to Emma Lou--you are a star! Despite minor technical difficulties, loved how you kept the class moving along. I enjoyed the comparison of the original book to the new one underway, and the page-by-page review of embellies at the end was excellent as a wrap-up and final review of how the finished pages look. Thanks for the experience, and can't wait for my order to arrive!

WOW! How to decorate the flipfold album class was AMAZING!! You were so clear in explaining how to do the decorating. The pdf was also an awesome tool to have to use for this album and for other albums with the same inserts in the fiture. I think trying to figure the best use of the paper is a challenge. The pdf will be very useful. I have had the flipfold albums for a long time but I feel so much more comfident in making them after your two classes. Thank you for taking your time to do the class.
