This class was awesome! Emma Lou, thank you for taking the time to show us some different techniques for coloring the stamped images. I am planning making one of these home decor items to display some pictures and notes about our 40th wedding anniversary. I also think I would like to start a tradition to make something like the project from the class for each of my grandchildren where I can add a picture/journal card for each Christmas.

I greatly enjoyed the class. I hope that you keep doing online classes because in person classes are not an options for some people. I had bought some of the flip fold inserts and an album in Atlanta last month and this class helps make the process so less intimidating. It helps you get started and then you branch out from there. The technical difficulties are a part of life. I like to be able to download the class for when I am without internet connection. Please do more online classes.

I don’t know how Emma Lou does it! She teaches, entertains, makes all the pretty things, keeps up with the chat and personalizes the class for her students on the fly! In addition, she always throws in bonus content, tips, hacks and on and on. I have taken almost everyone of her online classes and am NEVER disappointed. Always more than pleased. If you haven taken any, you definitely should consider the next class!

This was a perfect class to learn more on shaping beautiful vellum flowers. Andrea did a wonderful job at giving step by step directions. I especially appreciated the multiple times showing us how to shape the flowers. Heartfelt Creations always makes it look so easy to create beautiful altered art with their products. I thoroughly enjoyed this class taught by Andrea. She is AMAZING!! She explained and demonstrated what she was doing as she was teaching very well. I wanted to learn more about vellum flowers, and I learned a lot of tips while watching her video. She's a very thorough teacher. She made it fun also!! I would love to see more classes taught by Andrea!! I met Andrea and her husband, Benjamin, years ago at the Expo in Duluth and they have become my favorite couple with Heartfelt Creations. I love them!

Wonderful class creating lilac and hydrangea blossoms which reminded me of the circle technique used on your blog 1/16/15 by designer Archana Joshi with Birds and Blooms Collection. Lots of great tips from Emma Lou in particular the stamens pushed through holes poked into the lilac spray which gave incredible dimension to the bouquet. I always learn new tricks and get inspired with all the ideas for projects to create!

Hi! Watching in replay as I could not watch during the day because I work full time. I have a crop weekend coming up this weekend and am so excited to make this album. I have a comment/request...... It would be nice to be able to watch in replay as if we were watching live, meaning that we can see everyone's comments. Similar to watching a facebook live video where you can turn on/off the comments. Also, is there some type of forum or private facebook group where we can ask questions or get help?

Figuring out where to start making an album was daunting to me. I love the looks of them, but never could make myself begin. With Emma Lou's easy to follow instructions, I finally feel capable of doing it! As a bonus, I learned how to create beautiful vellum flowers! I've taken a few of her classes and she takes the 'fear' out of crafting your own flowers while giving tips and tricks to help you along! She encourages us to go for it! It is so much fun creating your own flowers plus the compliments!!!

I arrived late to the class so I missed about 45 minutes. I thought it started at 2pm; my fault. But, I was able to learn the technique to add pockets to both sides of a page and making the center boxes. Very helpful tips. This album is so pretty and I love the creative elements. Emma Lou always makes everything look so easy. She's a great teacher. Thank you.

I loved how this class showed me how to make a versatile necklace that can change with the seasons. I was not sure how to use the glitter and frosting powders, or the lacquer to make the flowers harder and glossy. So this answered all my questions. I will be working on this project for the next week or so and using my favorite flowers from your collections.
