Great class. Always like learning new techniques and ways to improve my crafting skills. Ways to strengthen border trims was helpful. Using 4 layers of paper to strengthen the album cover was informative, however, I think I prefer using chipboard as it is stronger and I learned a way to make the entire album cover using chipboard and paper from Katie at Katie's World. It would be helpful if you e-mail the PDF for the class sooner so students would have time to prepare for the class.

Another amazing class. We haven't used the border dies a lot. They seemed to fit more on pages or in an album. This class gave me many different ways to use the decorative edges on cards and any other project we want to make. Thanks for new ways to use the dies we have.

Absolutely loved this class!! Emma Lou makes things easy to understand and things always seem much more doable after watching her. I was particularly :-) toked when she showed another book at the end of the class showing how to add more photos than it seems at face value you can. I purchased the OWIA when the flip books were released and feel like I'm FINALLY ready to go on the attack. Looking forward to more classes. I'm hoping there will be a follow-up to this one incorporating more complex embellishments

I really enjoyed this class as it gave a more in-depth look at creating with the flower mold to make the blazing poppies. It also gave a great look at adding stamens to the flowers. I am also inspired to take the class on jewellery-making as it is something I have been interested in since I first saw Emma Lou's necklaces. Having just been in hospital for open-heart surgery I thought watching the video would gradually ease me back into my crafting mode. Looking forward to the next one and thanks very much.

The class had so many ideas that are able to be used in different ways. I especially like the surprise of the inserts - the "Especially for You" and the "Zig-Zag" pieces that can be utilized on their own as cards. As always, all of the whole presentation is clear and easy to follow. Thank you for making this a sweet and interesting time!

This was my first online class and I truly enjoyed seeing all the versatility of the new gateway dies! As it was very fast paced I found it was much better to just watch and go back later and watch so I can pause as I make each card. Every card was just so elegant! Thank you for showing me so many ways to mix and match these beautiful dies!!!

Love the camaraderie between crafters world wide and the encouragement Emma Lou gives everyone. It is also rewarding to see various things that can go wrong (or as we crafters say, the various opportunities that arise) when what we think will happen doesn't exactly happen, i.e. a flower tears, a little more rounding is needed to overcome a flat appearance. The classes make you feel as if it's ok, whatever happens is ok and can be worked with. Thank you, Heartfelt Creations and Emma Lou!

This was a beautiful class Emma Lou! I LOVE those frames and they even fit on an A-2 card! I only make A-2 cards and make them as flat as possible. My flowers are usually single or double with prills in the middle, just flat enough to go in the mail without extra postage. I learned a lot in this class. Thank you so much!!

Thank you Andrea for an informative and helpful class on using the Daffodil and Hyacinth flowers in a creative way with the Teardrop Lattice Gateway die. The interactive cards bring card making to a higher level. I love having the “ WOW” factor in my cards and this class has done that! It also has sparked creative juices flowing using the other Decorative Gateway Dies, papers , stamps and flowers that I have. I learned new helpful tips- my favourite being card reinforcement for the step card. Mine always slipped into “Flat mode”. You gave clear and easy to follow instructions.
