Other products: Violet card stock, 120 lb. card stock, X-Press It Blending Card Stock or any Copic compatible paper, Ranger Star Dust Stickles, Copic alcohol ink markers, die machine, paper trimmer and Versamark embossing stamp pad

Watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8Mj-EfcDvs for shaping tips and techniques on the poinsettia flower and holly leaves.

Instructions: Create a top fold 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" card using 120 lb. white card stock. Cut two base layers from violet card stock. Cut one designer layer measuring 5" x 5" from Celebrate the Season Paper Collection. I selected the paper that says Merry Christmas and has beautiful wrapped gifts of violet and teal. I cut a 5" x 5" layer of X-Press It (or Copic compatible paper) for the inside of the card. This layer will be used for our focal image.

A window was die cut in the card base using the 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" square die. The layer was adhered and die cut (from the underside or negative space from the card base). Repeat the process for the 5" x 5" designer paper and adhere all layers to the card base. Use the same die to cut a window in some violet card stock and trim in a square allowing 1/2" margin on all sides. This provides a window frame. Adhere the frame to the outer edge of the window.

For the inside of the card, adhere the second violet 5 1/3" x 5 1/4" layer to the inside of the card. Position the Copic compatible paper layer and lightly mark the window with a pencil.

Stamp the two small blue-green gifts within the circle. Create two masks by stamping the images on thin sticky note paper and trim. The masks are placed over the top of the images and the larger square gift can be stamped over the top. When the masks are removed, the square box sits behind the other two gifts. This adds dimension. The last stamped image becomes the background. The round gift box can be stamped again on Copic compatible paper.

The blue-green gifts were colored with BG 0000, BG000, BG00 and C3 for shadows. The violet Gift was colored with V01, V04, V06 and B09. The ribbon was colored with BG000, BG10, BG01 and C4 for the shadow. This layer can now be adhered on top of the violet layer on the inside of the card. The gifts should now be viewed perfectly from the window when the card is closed.

The colored violet gift can be die-cut along with two additional from violet card stock. These three layers are popped up with foam dots in-between each layer for dimension. Not only will it give a pop of color but it will also physically popped up from the rest of the gifts. Close the card and adhere the colored gift with the foam dots in front of the blue-green gifts as shown in the picture.

The poinsettias were stamped and colored with the same violet color combo. The flowers were shaped using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and adhered with clear designer adhesive. I Cannot Tell a Lilac Prills were adhered to the center of the flowers. Stickles were applied to the tips of the petals. The leaves were die-cut from some of the gorgeous Celebrate the Season paper Collection. The poinsettias can be adhered to the lower left hand corner of the frame.

The sentiment "Merry Christmas" was stamped with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. After heat setting, the sentiment was die cut with the arrow shaped die from the Everyday Heroes. The sentiment was trimmed and  adhered to the left side of the card.

So cut out the 1/2" scored portion from top and bottom flap. The tabs in the middle flap are folded inwards and stuck with the designer dried glue to form the envelope. Add Ribbon.

Cut a piece of white cardstock, a little smaller than the base. Give a torn texture all around the paper with a paper distresser. Distress with the Distress inks, broken china and shabby shutters. Using the stencil, add some design in the background using Broken china and peeled paint.

Take another piece of white card stock and use stencil and distress inks to create a design. Stamp the image from the Tattered Collage stamp with Versamark and apply white embossing powder. Heat set and add some more design using the stencil. Tear the edges. Adhere the bottom mat layer on the base and then the second smaller mat layer. Add some torn pattern paper beneath the second mat layer on the top right and bottom left. Cut the die cut from Spellbinders die. Cut it and place as shown. Apply Versamark embossing ink on the Chipboard die cut and heat set with Weathered White embossing powder. Adhere on to the envelope with glue.

Stamp the Sun kissed fleur image 7-8 times with blue Archival ink and cut with Coordinating die. Shape on the flower shaping tool and layer the flowers. Apply glue and then add glitter. Let it dry. Add pollens in the center. Stamp the Moments with you Sentiment in Versamark ink and heat set with Rangers Liquid Platinum powder. Cut it out with a circle die and layer it on a little bigger circle. Adhere to the center of the chip board die cut.
