Eyelet Oval Bells

Eyelet Oval Bells

Other Products: Prima Art Stones, London Fox Memento Ink, White Cardstock, Canson Watercolor Paper, Dimensional Tape, White Seam Binding, Silver Wedding Bands, Hot Glue gun

You can watch a video on how to make the Classic Rose here

Instructions: My card size is 6 X 6". Make card base and cover with one of the card fronts. Die cut the oval layers on white cardstock using dimensional tape under the top layer to give it a bit more dimension. I also cut an oval using a piece of the pattern paper so that some color is showing through the white top die cut. Next adhere it to the card front covering most of the image on the paper. Using the hot glue gun, I glued the silver rings to the card front.

Using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, stamp and diecut the wedding bells. Color them using the Dove Blender Pen and Memento Ink (Bamboo Leaves, New Sprout, Tuxedo black and Pearlescent Coral). Next I added glitter to the bells and set them aside to dry. Using Rich Cocoa Memento Ink stamp, diecut, color and shape the flowers. I colored some of the art stones using the Pearlescent Coral stamp pad; just rub them over the top of the pad until they look like you want them to. Glue them to the center of the flowers and let dry. Next I colored the seam binding by spraying water on it so it would accept color easily, then rub the stamp pad on the craft sheet and spray water into the ink.  Swirl the seam binding in the color; scrunch and let dry. Next tie a bow and glue it down. Decide where you like your flowers and glue them down onto the bells and then glue the bells to the front of the card. Your card is finished.

The double heart card at the beginning and the two hearts joined in friendship, United by love sentiment are the items I liked best. The wedding is today though, have to make it for the one next month.
