Hey Friend!

How has you week gone? We hear stories all the time of paper crafters creating "art from the heart" and making someone's day by giving them a hand-made card just because they care. With all the ups and downs of the past year, your friends and loved ones need it now more then ever! It is a small easy gesture to let someone know that you care and what they really mean to you. Join us and follow the steps to create your very own Spring card that will bring a smile to your friends and family today.

Our Crafters Say:

"What a wonderful set, perfect for Spring. It's a must have to celebrate the upcoming Spring and Easter seasons. The floral stamps and dies, the pastel papers...they are also so cheerful and uplifting. Thanks for sharing your creativity." -Helen Budzik

Let's get crafting!

Directions:

Step 1: Stamp one small and one big Hyacinth image using the Fragrant Hyacinth Cling Stamp Set with Leaf Green ink on the Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper, color with the same ink and cut out with coordinating dies. Stamp 35 Hyacinth petals using the Fragrant Hyacinth Cling Stamp Set with Lilac Posies ink on the Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Color them with Lilac Posies, Rose Bud and Vibrant Fuchsia inks and cut out with coordinating dies.

TOP TIP: You can always use one ink to color the flowers but adding more colors will give flowers more dimensional and natural look.

Step 2: Color all white edges and the back side of the flowers. Place flowers in the 3D Hyacinth Shaping Mold, spray them with a little water, place the lid on the top and run it through your die cutting machine. Let dry.

TOP TIP: You can shape 3 layers of flowers at one time in the Heartfelt Creations molds.

Step 3: Use the Groove Golf Tool to bend every petal.

Step 4: Using a hot glue gun, adhere the flowers to only the large Hyacinth image. Try to cover all the green area of the stamped Hyacinth flower. Remember to leave 3 individual flowers.

TOP TIP: When you see the green space between flowers, fold a Hyacinth flower in half and put it among other flowers to cover it up. It gives even more dimension to the Hyacinth.

Step 5: Cut a piece of white cardstock 9.5 x 8", score at 4.75" and fold in half. Then use the biggest die from the Lattice Flourish Gateway Die to cut leaving the left side over-hanging the fold by about 1/4". Cut another full front with the same die from the white cardstock and another one from the Spring Garden Paper Collection. Using all dies from the Lattice Flourish Gateway Die set cut out all elements, cut out two fences.

Step 6: Stamp the sentiment from Just For You Sentiments on the white cardstock with Vibrant Fuchsia ink and cut it out. Glue the base with the white full front, purple full front and the biggest frame. Glue both fences together and adhere them to the base with adhesive foam.

Step 7: Stamp 8 regular leafy branches from the Cottage Tree 'scapes Cling Stamp Set with Leaf Green ink on the Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper, color with the same ink and cut out with coordinating die. Stamp 7 holly berries from Countryside Winter 'scapes Cling Stamp in Vibrant Fuchsia ink on the Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper. Color them with Promarkers (or other markers) and cut out with coordinating dies.

Step 8: Bend the hyacinth leaves a little with the golf tool to make them more dimensional. Add some adhesive foam on their back side. Glue 4 regular leafy branches and 2 berries to the base.

Step 9: Glue all elements to the card. Start with a small Hyacinth image, then the big one, branches and berries. At the end glue the sentiment and single flowers. Apply glue to the centers of all flowers and add there some Lettuce Entertain You Prills. Sponge the petals, berries and frame with dries clear adhesive and sprinkle with Rajni Chawla's Crystal-Clear glitter. Add some self-adhesive crystals.
