Let's get crafting!

Directions: 

Step 1: Create basket base.

♥ Take a piece of white cardstock measuring 11” × 11”. Score on 3” on all four sides. 

♥ Cut corners as shown, leave 1/2” tabs for joining.

♥ Fold all scored lines and join the corners. 

♥ Take a strip of white cardstock measuring 1.75” × 12”. Cut decorative border on both large edges using border die from Filigree Borders and Accents die. Also cut 2 gold cardstock strips which are 12” long with the same die.

♥ Adhere white and gold borders using adhesive.

♥ Slightly bend it using any round object and glue to the base as a handle of the basket.

Step 2: Attach diecuts to the base as flaps.

♥ Cut 4 decorative borders from white cardstock and 4 from Gold cardstock using die from Delicate Daisy Corner & Border Die. Further, cut 4 pieces of white cardstock and 4 pieces of designer paper using shape die from the same set.

♥ Trim all die cuts from both edges as pictured.

♥ Take 4 strips of white cardstock which are 1” wide and 4” long. Fold them into half and glue them on base diecuts as pictured to create tabs. Glue decorative borders on it.

♥ Adhere them on top edge of basket. 

Step 3: Create mats. 

♥ Cut 4 mats from Luxe Gold cardstock measuring 4 7/8” × 2 7/8” and 4 mats from designer paper measuring 4 6/8” × 3 6/8”. Glue designer paper mats on gold cardstock mats and adhere them on outer side of basket

♥ Take 2 strips of gold cardstock measuring 0.75” × 10” and glue them on basket as pictured.

♥ Cut 1 mat from designer paper measuring 4.75” × 4.75” and 4 mats measuring  4.75” × 2.75”. 

♥ Adhere mats to inner side of basket.

Step 4: Create Garden Lilies and leaves.

♥ Stamp Garden Lily flower on deluxe flower shaping paper using magenta hue ink and sea grass ink.  

♥ Stamp leaves using fern green ink.

♥ Paint flowers with matching ink and leaves using sea grass, fern green and olive ink.

♥ Diecut using the coordinating dies.

Step 5: Shape flowers and leaves. 

♥ Place flowers and leaves in shaping mold face down.

♥ Mist with water.

♥ Run through die cutting machine.

Step 6: Add stamens.

♥ Pierce the center of flowers and add Petite Pollen Stamens. 

♥ Secure with hot glue.

Step 7: Embellish the basket with the Lilies and leaves.

♥ Arrange flowers and leaves on handle of the basket using hot melted glue. 

♥ Apply Rajni Chawlas’s crystal clear on flowers and leaves using Art Glitter Clear Dries adhesive.

♥ Tie bow using satin cord and glue them using hot glue.
