Let's get crafting!

Directions:

Step 1: Stamp and die cut the frames.

Stamp the Rectangular Floral Frame image 5 times with Night Sky Archival ink on Deluxe Flower Shaping paper.

Die cut the stamped images with coordinating die.

Using the Rectangular Floral Frame die set, cut x5 from Luxe Silver paper.

Using the same die, cut x5 from white card stock.

Step 2: Assemble the frames.

Adhere the stamped Floral Frames die cuts on white die cuts.

♥ Adhere the whole piece on Luxe Silver die cut offsetting a little.

Distress the edges of the Frames with Night Sky Archival ink.

Step 3: Create the base.

Cut a paper of light green background from the Floral Frames paper collection to size 5” x 12”.

Cut another piece of white mat layer from white card stock measuring 5 1/2" x 12 “.

Cut a thin strip of paper about 1/16” from the two sides of the printed paper. Adhere this piece on white card stock.

Score the whole panel on the long side, at 2”, 6” and 10”.

Fold in mountain valley style to get a “W” fold.

Optional: cut a small triangle from both the corners of the printed paper and then adhere on white paper. Cut off the diagonal from white paper also.

Step 4: Create window using a paper cutter and ruler.

Draw a rectangular box in the middle two flaps of W fold panel using a pencil and ruler, leaving a border of 3/4" all around.

Use a paper cutter to cut around the box to get a window.

Step 5: Prepare card panels.

Cut two card panels from white card stock measuring 7” x 5”.

Cut two printed papers from the Floral Frames paper collection to size 4 7/8” x 6 7/8”.

Adhere the two printed papers on the white card panel using Designer Dries clear glue.

Adhere pieces of floral frames die cuts on the inside window.

Close the W fold panel and place on the card panel to see the position and adhere.

Step 6: Cut two A2 card panels from the Floral Frames Paper collection.

Adhere behind two Frame die cuts.

Step 7: Complete the base.

Keep the two card panels facing down with the W fold facing down.

Cut two pieces of organza ribbon 18” long. Place each ribbon on the 7” x 5” card panel in the middle.

Cut two pieces of silver card stock a little smaller than the card panel and adhere on the card panel on the ribbon.

Cut printed pattern paper from the paper collection, smaller than the silver card stock and adhere on the card.

To close the card, tie the ribbons on both sides.

Step 8: Decorate the front of the card.

Die cut the Majestic Swirls Frame die from white card stock.

Cut a piece of printed paper from the paper collection and add to the center of the frame.

Cut a piece of silver card stock smaller than the front white panel and adhere to the card front.

Add a piece of printed paper, cut smaller than the silver card stock.

Add the Majestic Swirls Frame die cut on the card front.

Cut a countryside scene from the paper collection and add as a backing behind the frame.

Adhere the Floral frame on the frame die cut.

I see you stamp first. With this fine stamp and die is that the best way to keep things lined up?

We do recommend stamping the image 1st and then line up the die on the stamped image and then cut out using the matching die.
