Let's get crafting!

Directions:

Step 1: Using largest Booklet Basic Die, create a base card from white cardstock.

Top Tip: Extend the top edge of die blade over the edge of folded 6 1/2 x 4 1/4” card base when sending through die cutting machine, so as to leave card base intact.

Step 2: Make a score at 1 3/4” on one side of the base card and fold.

Step 3: Using Booklet Frames Die, cut the largest and smallest decorative frames from Luxe Gold Cardastock. Diecut the middle size frame from white cardstock.

Step 4: Die cut second largest Booklet Basics Die from  Luxe Gold Cardstock - it will be used inside the card.

Step 5. Glue the gold decorative die cut to the folded base card.

Step 6. On the other pages of the book, score in the middle and lightly bend the pages. Adhere the pages on your card using glue and shape the book in 3d effect.

Top Tip: You can use your fingers to shape the pages.

Step 7: Stamp flowers and leaves from Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Memento Ink sweet plum (flowers) and Distress Ink Forest Moss (leaves). Die cut using matching dies from Classic Rose Die. Color using the same colours.

Shape using Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and glue petals together. Using a sponge, add some glue to the flowers and sprinkle them with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear and add to your card.

Step 8: Stamp the sentiments from Cheerful Note Sentiments Cling Stamp Set on white cardstock. Mat the ‘Heartfelt Sympathy’ sentiment on Luxe Gold Cardstock.

Step 8A: Adhere sentiment as shown.

Step 9: Die cut the ‘Thinking of you’ sentiment using Album Tags and Accents Die, add gold half pearls and adhere to the middle of the card using double dots. This will hold the easel card open.
