Let's get crafting!
Step 1: Stamp and color the images for your card.
♥ Using white card stamp in black ink, the Large Floral Butterfly Cling Stamp.
♥ Stamp the flowers from the Floral Butterfly Accents Cling Stamp Set, you will need two of
each flower. Use Leaf Green in for the leafy section of the image.
Use Forget Me Not and Vibrant Fuschia Ink for the floral sections of the images.
♥ Shade the leafy sections with Leaf Green ink.
♥ Shade the Butterfly image with Forget Me Not ink in the centre, then Buttercup
Ink and then Vivid Chartreuse on the outer sections of the wings.
Step 2: Die cut all the images with the coordinating dies.
Step 3: Create the easel card base.
♥ Using a piece of white folded card, use the large outer die from the Large Floral
Butterfly Die set and create a tent fold card. Lay the die over the folded edge so that not
all of the card is cut as the picture above.
♥ Fold the top of your die cut card base along the wings to create the base of your easel card.
Step 4: Die cut the pieces to create your card.
♥ Using gold card, die cut one of the Large Floral Butterflies.
♥ Using paper from the Floral Butterfly Paper Pad die cut a butterfly using the die used
to die cut the stamped butterfly image out.
♥ Trim the wings so that the die cut fits on the base of the easel card and color the edges
with Forget Me Not Ink.
Step 5: Decorate the base of your easel card
♥ Adhere the paper butterfly to the base of the easel card.
♥ Using paper from the paper pad, die cut a arrow and stamp your sentiment onto it.
♥ Take one of the pink and one of the blue flowers and tear them apart arranging them onto
the left hand corner of the card.
♥ Adhere the sentiment with 3D foam pads so that the ends of the flowers are covered.
♥ Add two smaller butterflies for decoration.
Step 6: Decorate the top of your easel card.
♥ Adhere the gold butterfly to the folded section of the easel card.
♥ Adhere the stamped butterfly to the gold card, curling the wings with your fingers.
♥ Adhere the two remaining flowers behind the top of the right hand wind of the butterfly.
Tear the pink one apart to arrange as needed and then lay the blue one over the top.
