Instructions: Start by cutting the
parts for the centerpiece according to the directions found here out of a combination of white card stock and designer paper from the Beary Fun
Retreat Paper Collection. Now it's time for some Foam Fun! Working
with foam is fun and I really enjoyed it. The end result is a more realistic
flower then the traditional paper flower.
Let's start with the Enchanted
Mums first. Stamp the Enchanted Mum flowers on Art Foam Paper
using StazOn Jet Black ink and die cut with the matching die before coloring
with DairyLide Yellow and Red Iron Oxide Pan Pastels. Now using your
Flower Shaping Tools and the Heat It tool, gently heat the flowers and shape
them holding them in place briefly after removing the heat. Once you have
your layers formed and assembled finish with the Rock Candy-Small stamens.
Next stamp the Classic
Sunflowers on Art Foam Paper using Jet Black ink and die cut with the
matching die before coloring with Orange, Yellow Green, Red Iron Oxide and
Magenta Pan Pastels. Now using your Flower Shaping Tools and the Heat
it tool, gently heat the flowers and shape them holding them in place briefly
after removing the heat. Once you have your layers formed and assembled,
finish with Assorted Bright-Medium stamens.
Finally stamp Vines and Leaves from the Classic Rose Collection and the Delightful Daisies Cling Stamp set on
white cardstock using Olive Green and die cut with the coordinating dies before
distressing with Bamboo Leaves and Rusty Hinge inks. Cut a sentiment from paper
pad and adhere on a flower stick, finish with a bow.

Instructions: The card base is cut from white smooth cardstock and measures 5 1/2" x 71/2 ". Cut a mat layer from white smooth cardstock measuring 5 1/4" x 7 1/4". Cut 5 strips measuring 1'' x 7'' from the designer paper of Classic Petunia Collection and distress all the sides with distress ink Seedless Preserves. Distress all the 4 sides of all the 5 strips using Tim Holtz Distressing tool or sharp scissors. Once all the strips are ready adhere them to the mat layer using Dries Clear adhesive leaving a very small space in between all the strips.
Choose a patterned paper with a floral print from same collection and hand tear as shown. Foam mounts it on the front panel of the card. Insert few white die cut pieces under the torn edges to add an extra accent. Layer the prepared card front on the card base using foam dots.
Cut 2 pieces of Medallion dies from white cardstock along with their base and arrange them on the card front as shown.
Stamp the multiple images of Petunias using Plum Archival Ink and cut them using their coordinating dies. Color the petals using Gallery Dry Oil Pastels 210, 256, and 241. Hold the petals with stylus from the center and blow heat with Heat Gun, Shape them a little with ball tool and crush between your fingers. Glue 2 big petal on the base and one medium petal on the top for larger flower and 2 medium and one second medium for smaller flower. Press them in the center and arrange the flowers. Pierce the center and pull pollens through. The small filler flowers are from Classic Rose Collection. Instructions: Card size approximately 5 1/4 X 5 1/4". Cut white cardstock 5 1/2" X 11", fold in half and place decorative die outline on one side with the top corner hanging over the fold so that it doesn't cut the top all the way out. See Liz Gaze's tutorial on shaped cards here. Place the top plate up to but not over the straight side of die so it does not cut the center of the card and then run it through your die cutting machine. Turn the die around and die cut the other side the same way. The bottom will need a bit of trimming between bottom scallops, it should look similar to the top folded edge. Now die cut a purple panel from designer paper the same way to match and glue it to the folded card. Die cut the inside part of the decorative die twice from white cardstock and glue to purple panel.
Die cut scallop edge circle from
decorative Classic Petunia paper and another smaller circle from same paper.
Die cut Art Foam using the same circle die and attach smaller circle to create
a 3D effect. Cut the sentiment from designer paper and flag cut both ends. Use
Vibrant Violet Stazon to stamp Enchanted Mums on the Art Foam Paper and die
cut, then sponge on Wilted Violet to color. Use Cactus StazOn to stamp Wildwood
Florals on Art Foam Paper and die cut (no extra color was added). Use your heat
gun to heat foam mums which will cause them to curl upward. Use your hand to
cup it after heating, to help with the cupping action to form your mums using
several layers (a glue gun works best for gluing the foam together). Punch a
small whole in the center of layered flower, using the piercer and insert
stamens. Heat Wildwood foam flowers and shape each petal by twisting and
pinching. Layer and add small pastel stamen.
Stamp Dogwood leaves using Bamboo
Leaves Memento onto white cardstock, coloring with New Sprout Memento Ink and
die cut. Form and add to flower arrangement. Arrange flowers as shown, add
light green pearls and glittered dragon fly (from Enchanted Mums). Dye seam
binding to match for bow, scrunch up and let dry. Make a bow and add to top of
card.

To see how to shape the roses,
watch the video at https://youtu.be/Z8P070kC3oo.
Instructions: Cut a piece of mauve cardstock to 6x12". Using a template trace and cut a half circle. Using Extreme Double Sided Tape, adhere the cardstock into a cone (party hat) shape. Die cut 1 intricate lacy image from white cardstock. Adhere to the top of the party hat using mini adhesive dots.
Stamp and die cut 3 sets of the
leaves from the Blushing Rose Stem stamp and die set in Archival ink onto green
Beary Fun Retreat patterned paper. Shape and set aside. Stamp and die cut 3
sets of the Small Classic Petunia from Art Foam Paper, using Black Archival Ink
on white cardstock. I added colour just to the middles of each flower using
violet ink and Stack and Store Daubers. To shape my foam flowers I use a heat
gun, a mason jar lid, and my stylus to hold them in place. The mason jar lid
makes a nice heating surface that holds a little heat. Place the flower face
down, heat, and then right to the shaping mat to shape. Using a little bit of
hot glue I added the light yellow Pastel Bead Stamen, 3 in each.
Stamp and die cut 3 sets of the
mini Water Lily images on Art Foam Paper in Black Archival Ink. I kept these
little flowers white. So I moved right onto shaping, much like the Classic
Petunias. Add a single light blue pearl stamen in the middle of each flower.
Stamp and die cut 2 sets of the
medium Classic Rose images onto Classic Rose pink patterned paper, using Black
Archival Ink. Ink the edges using Blush ink and daubers. Shape and assemble the
flowers. I added pink stamen in the middle of one open rose.
Using hot glue I started adding
clusters of flowers around the entire base of the party hat. Add loops of the
pearl trim around the clusters. Then I added white buttons in a few of the open
spaces.
Simply using hot glue, I added a
couple of foam flowers to the plastic bracelet to make an easy coordinating
accessory.

Instructions: The finished size of this slider card is 8 1/4” x 7” (21 cm x 17.8 cm ) Taking the A4 card stock, make the card base.
Visit HERE to see a detailed photo tutorial and instructions on how to make the card base.
For the card front, take the green card-stock, cut this to 6 3/4” x 5 1/2 “ (17 cm x 13.8 cm ) Find the orange and the world map design papers in the paper collection. From the orange paper cut 8 1/4 “ x 7 “ ( 21 cm x 17.8 cm ) for the background and 8 1/4 “ x 2” (21 cm x 6 cm ) for the card foot, cut also to fit the slider stop. From the world map paper cut a little smaller than the green card stock. Ravel both the design paper edges with the paper-distressing tool.
The world map design paper card front has embroidered hearts in the curved flying line. To do this, sketch on to a piece of scrap paper cut to the same size. Secure the two papers together with the paper clips. Taking the pricking tool and pricking mat, make holes for the backstitch embroidery on the drawn line. Embroider this with the gold thread. Adhere the papers and cardstock together as shown in the tutorial.
Find the airplane in the paper collection and die cut this. Using the misti stamping tool, stamp the image with the gold embossing powder. Cut x 4 extra of the airplane from the white cardstock, adhere together to make a chipboard embellishment.
Taking the circle dies, green cardstock, the world map design paper from the collection and the photo make the circles. The green card-stock size is the 4th of the Small circles set, cut x 4 extra from the white card-stock as backing. The world map design paper is cut from the 5th circle of the large die set. Cut x 4 extra from the white card-stock for backing. The photo is cut from the 3rd circle die from the same set. Cut extra circles for the photo if needed. The photo is adhered to the circles with the 3d foam double dots. The circles are adhered with dries clear adhesive to the card front.
For the sentiment circles, stamp the sentiment with VersaMark and heat set with gold embossing powder onto the world map design paper, cut a circle to fit from the die sets. From green cardstock, cut a matting circle a little larger. Adhere these together. Trim to fit in against the larger circles, adhere in place. Adhere the airplane to the card front in line with the embroidered flying line.
Make 3 triple bows from the organza ribbon. Taking a bow, fold it back on it self and secure this with the hot glue gun. Do this for 2 bows. The third bow. Put aside for the slider stop at the top of the card.
To make the Art Foam Paper flowers and leaves, use the StazOn inks for stamping, as this will be permanent. Cut the flowers and leaves with the coordinating dies. Use the green Pan-pastels to colour the leaves and the Violet and yellow to colour the lilies and small flowers. Use the Heat It Craft Tool to bring heat onto the Art Foam Paper flower shapes. While still warm, shape with the flower shaping tools and your fingers. You will need to do this to one flower petal layer at a time and try to work quickly as to utilize the heat. Stack the flower petals then pierce a hole in the flower centre ready for the stamens.
The stamen colours used for these flowers are black and yellow from the Assorted Pearl-medium collection. Fold the stamens back on them selves then thread them through the flower hole. Once the stamens are in place, secure with the hot glue gun, this will also secure the flower layers together. Trim the excess stamen at the back of the flower away.
Arrange the ribbon, flowers and leaves around the circles. Adhere the bow to the card slider stop at the top of the card then adhere the lilies and leaves to finish the card.

Adhere two flowers together and add a stamen from the HCS1-459-3 Pastel Bead Medium set to the centre. Trim the stamens and adhere around the base of the birdcage as shown with a hot glue gun.
Add the birds as shown with the hot glue gun.

Instructions: Card size 4 1/4" X 5 1/2". Stamp roses with Picked Raspberries and Daisies with Lemon Yellow (permanent ink like StazOn works much better for the foam paper). Die cut, then add color to the ends of the paper with more Distress inks. Heat foam with heat gun or iron and then form. Glue together with a glue gun for best results. Punch small holes in the centers of the daisies, using a piercer and stick the stamens through the holes. Glue from the back and cut off excess stems.

Die cut scallop oval from pink decorative paper from the Classic Wedding Collection. Die cut 4 Basic Borders from designer paper. Cut a rectangle from Classic Wedding Paper.
Make a frame with the basic borders and miter corner then glue to the back of rectangle pink paper then glue it to the white folded card. Foam tape decorative dies and butt them end to end on the rectangle. Glue the pink scallop oval to the center of decorative die cuts and foam tape white sentiment oval to the scalloped oval. Glue a white seam binding bow to left corner.

Instructions: My card is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2". Make
card base and cover with a piece of the paper collection just a little smaller.
I edged the paper with Aged Mahogany Distress ink and adhere onto card base.
Next die cut the Botanic Window from white cardstock and glue it to the card
front and adhere.
Now the fun begins; Using Black
Stazon Ink stamp the flowers and leaves on Art Foam paper. I used a dry baby
wipe and applied oil pastels to the petals of the flowers and leaves. Die cut
everything and then use a heat gun to curl the flowers and leaves. Now turn
them over and apply pressure to the center with one of the burnishing tools
just until the Art Foam cools and then it will hold its shape. Next I added a
bit more color as manipulating the petals causes the ink to fade.
I used a small hole punch to cut a
hole in the center of the petals so I could feed through the stamens. Now add
the stamen and I used the wire to help feed them through the center of the
flowers. Put a bead of hot glue to help hold them in place.
Stamp dove on white cardstock using black ink and diecut. Shape using
the deluxe flowershaping kit. Decide on placement for flowers and the dove and
hot glue everything down. I waited until now to add the glitter to the dove and
flowers. Allow to dry and this is when I glued the half pearls down. Once
everything is dry the card is ready to go.

Instructions: Create a 6” x 6” white card base and cut a Melon Mambo mat layer 5 7/8” x 5/78”. Trim one of the 6” x 6” panels from the Classic Petunia paper pad to 5 3/4” x 5 3/4”. Adhere the piece of designer paper to the mat layer with dries clear adhesive and then adhere them to the card base. Add ultrafine transparent glitter all over the design on the paper using Quickie Glue Pen. Cut another piece of designer paper 5 7/8” x 5 7/8” and adhere to the inside of the card.
Cut the Window Box Elements from white pearl cardstock, add dries clear adhesive to a sponge and sponge the beautiful decorative die cut with the glue and then sprinkle with Rajni Chawla’s Crystal Clear.
Stamp the sentiment on white pearl metallic cardstock with VersaMark, add magenta embossing powder, heat set and die cut using the Cut Mat Create 1B Die. Ink the edges with StazOn Fuchsia Pink Ink. Adhere the sentiment to the decorative die as shown and add to the card using foam tape.
Stamp the Classic Petunias on the Art Foam Paper with StazOn Fuchsia Pink ink, die cut, color with the same ink pad, and add Rajni Chawl’s Crystal Clear. Heat the petunias using the Heat It Craft Tool and shape using your fingers and the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Stamp the leaves with Forest Green StazOn ink, lightly color with the same ink, add crystal clear, heat and shape.
Pierce the centers of the flowers with the piercing tool and add the Bridal Bouquet small stamens. (I add a little dries clear adhesive to the stems of the stamens and let it dry before I thread it through the flower. It’s so much easier this way.) After threading the stamens, add a little hot glue underneath the flower and then trim the stem.
Adhere the foam flowers and leaves to the card as shown using a hot glue gun.

Instructions: Start by cutting white card stock 11” x 5.5” and score at 5.5" to form the 5.5” x 5.5” card base. Cut a patterned paper from the blushing rose paper collection 5.3" x 5.3" to form the second layer. Cut another pattern paper 5" x 5" and layer it to form the third layer. For both the layers, distress the edges (I just use my scissors).
For the flowers stamp and die cut using the botanical Rose stamp and die from the white Foam sheets. Stamp it using Vermillion Archival and then shade it using Spun Sugar. I have shaped the flowers by heating slightly with the iron on wool setting and then shape using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. The Leaves are stamped using leaf archival and then shaded with library green archival ink.
Once all flowers and leaves are shaped, assemble using the glue gun. For the fillers insert some stamens and pearls. Add a pre-cut sentiment from the blushing rose paper collection. It is layered on a die cut piece from the window Box element die.

Instructions: Tag Base is 5x7. On canson water color paper, flag cut the top right and left corner. Do a smooshing technique to the tag by placing peacock feathers distress ink onto your mat, spritz with water, smear the tag over the ink and heat set, do this again to add some extra depth to the tag. Heat set the tag once more until dry. Spritz your hand with water and shake onto the tag; lift off with a paper towel to create water marks.
Cut the large oval die from canson water paper. Do the same technique as above. Using the spray from the simply classic set; randomly stamp the background of the tag with the spray using the versa mark ink, sprinkle white embossing powder over, shake off excess and heat set.
Stamp the Courage strength sentiment in center of the oval using versa mark, sprinkle white embossing powder on top and shake off excess; heat set. Stamp and cut your large and medium large petunias on the art foam paper using Maganese Blue Archival Ink; do two sets of each size four times. Color front and back using a baby wipe and prima pastel oil crayons. Lightly heat set with a heat tool and shape using molding mat and tool. Place one large and one small petunia together and pierce with piercing tool in Deluxe Kit; Cut two pearl white stamens in half and insert through center of foam flower. Use heat gun to attach in back. I did use heat tool one more time after placing stamens in just to refresh the shape. Cut off excess stamen wire.
Cut out two tags on canson water color paper using Luggage and Tag Die. Ink edges with peacock feathers and antique linen. I dabbed a bit of versa mark on the tag and brushed over with white embossing powder and heat set. Take a 10 inch piece of seam binding and color with antique linen distress ink, crinkle in hands and heat set. Attach to the tags as shown.
Stamp and cut using Coffee Archival Ink on canson water color paper two sets of the classic rose vine, color with peeled paint distress ink. Lightly mold and cut each vine into three. Assemble base of your card as shown, using foam tape to add dimension. Tuck in tags under the oval stamped image then attach to chipboard. Attach this to tag center. Detail with glue gloss and crystal clear powders.

Instructions: Create a 5 1/4” by 7 1/4” card base from white cardstock. Then cut one of the 5” x 7” card fronts from the Coffee Talk Paper Collection and adhere to the card base using Dries Clear Adhesive.
You will then fussy cut a coffee cup from one of the Coffee Talk paper sheets. Lightly shape the cup and add some Helmar Scrap Dots glue to the back to give the coffee cup height. Adhere to the card front. Then use your kraft knife to cut openings in the coffee cup & mug. This gives it an appearance of being a real cup which you will then be adding flowers to.
Use the Classic Petunia Large die to die cut a total of 6 of the larger flowers and 6 of the smaller petunia's. Now use your stack and store dauber to sponge on a touch of navy ink to each of the flower centers. Once complete take your tweezers to hold each flower and gently apply heat from the iron. This will allow the foam paper to bend and mold while warm. Cup and twist each flower for a more realistic look.
Then adhere the flowers together using a dab of floral adhesive. (There are two petals layered and off set for each flower.) Once dry pierce a hole through the centers of the flowers and add the small pearl stamens to the larger petunias. For the flowers in the coffee cup, you will simply mold and shape without adding any stamens. I also added grass floral picks as shown. Adhere your flowers accordingly with dries clear adhesive then die cut the leaves from the Young at Heart die set. Once done dab some Memento Bamboo Leaves ink for color and adhere.

Instructions: My card is 5 X 7". Make card base from
white cardstock and cover with a piece of the paper collection. Die cut two
Festive Holly dies, a scalloped oval, and a plain oval from white cardstock, a
scalloped oval and a plain oval from designer paper and edge with Rhubarb Stalk
Memento ink. Stamp the sentiment with black ink on the pink oval, then layer
all the pieces and glue to the card front.
Stamp with Stazon black ink, color (Rhubarb Stalk, Bamboo Leaves & Olive Grove) and die cut the flower petals and leaves I used a heat gun to heat the Art Foam to curl the leaves. Next I layered the petals of the roses and used hot gule to attach. I poked a hole in the center of the petals, using a piercer, and fed through the stamen and then used hot glue to give a bit more stability to the back of the flowers. Next glue the prills to the center of the daisies and set aside to dry. Add glue to the edges of the roses and sprinkle Crystal Clear all over.
Once everything is dry decide where you want the
placement to be and use hot glue to glue down.

To see how to shape the poppy, watch the video at https://youtu.be/83jv-zjmdag.
Instructions: Stamp the blazing poppy flower on the foam paper with Rhubarb Stalk ink. Use the MISTI to repeat the stamping in the same place so that the stamp marks are dark and clear. Cut using the coordinating poppy die.
Using the sponge dauber, apply inks to the poppy petals using a mix of carnation red, red geranium and saffron. Apply inks on both sides of the petals. Use the red colours to ink the smallest petals.
One large flower has three layers - one large flower petal and two medium flower petals.
Heat the iron to medium setting and gently place the petals on the hot surface. The foam petals immediately curl and become soft. Fold the petals and roll tightly between your fingers. Shape the petals a little on the flower shaping tool kit. Layer the petals as shown and glue them with hot glue gun.
Prepare the stamen centre by tying together one or two green stamens and the black stamens. Make a hole in the centre of the flowers using a the piercer from the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and insert the stamens. Secure at the base with a tiny dot of hot glue.
Make small filler flowers with the small classic rose stamp. Use Olive Grove ink and stamp on both white cardstock and art foam paper. Die cut and shape with the tool kit. The filler flowers stamped on art foam paper are inked lightly with New Sprout ink and layered with two small petals in a bud shape. The filler flowers stamped on white cardstock have a stamen inserted in each flower.
Lay the necklace down on a flat surface. Adhere the flowers as shown with hot glue. Wait for a few minutes to dry firmly.
Flaunt your necklace with beautiful foam poppies.
