Hey friend how are you today?

Mother's Day is almost upon us...... do you still have a project to make and are looking for a quick and EZ card to make for Mother's Day? Follow these EZ steps and create this elegant card that is perfect for so many other occasions! Just change the sentiment!

Our Crafter's Say:

"What can I say..I love everything about Heartfelt Creations!! When I give a Heartfelt Creation card to someone, they just uh and ah over them. You make me look like I'm a professional! I love the videos too!" - Beverly V

"I have encountered what seems to me a magical world of creativity and I'm simply in love I hope to learn from all of you thanks for the opportunity." - Maria Alvarez

Let's get crafting!

Step 1: Using white card, die cut two of the Lacy Diamond dies.

Step 2: To create the card base take a piece of folded white card and die cut the largest of the Diamond Basic Dies. Allow a small section of the fold to not be cut by the die, offset the card edge to within the die itself as in the picture above.

Step 3: Fold the top part of the card base in half.

Step 4: Adhere one of the Lacy Diamond die cuts to the base of the card. TOP TIP: Adhere it so that the diecut is at the back of the card base or the card will not close.

Step 5: Adhere the second Lacy Diamond die cut to the front of the card base.

Step 6: Stamp the Petite Pansy Frame onto white card using Magenta Hue ink. Color the leaves with Leaf Green ink. Color the flowers with Tiger Lily for the centres, Cactus Flower for the petals and then Majestic Violet to add shading to the outer of the petals. Color the frame in using Garden patina ink and glitter. TOP TIP: You don't need to color all of the open pansy flowers as a flower will be placed on them.

Stamp a sentiment on the front of the card and adhere the Pansy Frame to the front of the card with 3D foam pads.

Step 7: Create the Cheery Pansy flowers to go on the front of your card. Watch a video here how to create these beautiful spring flowers:

Step 8: Die cut using white paper two of the Basic Diamond dies, each one smaller than the one we used for the card base. Color the larger one with Garden Patina ink to match the top of the card and glitter. Adhere both diamond die cuts to the card base. Adhere the flowers to the front of the card.

Have fun creating beautiful cards your friends and family will love!

I have just started to create the beautiful card, but I found that the largest Diamond Basic die was too big so I cut the next one down which turned out to be fine. --- Marion Turner
