Instructions: See here to view some of the inside pages of the journal.  Visit my blog to see more photos. 9" X 8 1/4" 3 ring binder Journal Album. Cover: 8" X 8 1/2" piece of Flowering Dogwood Paper Collection trimmed at the bottom with the Sweetheart Border Die. Under the die cut is a strip of light pink decorative paper. Photo is framed with Flowering Dogwood paper and blue card stock. Scripture panel comes from the Daily Blessings Journal pages. Add flowers formed with the 3-D molds and stylist and filled with Prills or Pearl stamen. Finish with rhinestone flourishes. Finish spine with ribbon and tags from the Flowering Dogwood and Birds and Blooms.

Cover inside front and back with Classic Petunia Paper and Border Essentials die cuts. Stamp Today's Quotes with Wilted Violet Distress Ink on Classic Petunia Paper and cut with Circles die then mat with white using the circle dies. Cut a panel from the Classic Petunia paper and a little tag then attach the little tag with ribbon. I did my journaling on the computer and printed on transparency. Back inside in made the same way using the oval dies for sentiment instead of the circles.

Pages: After matting and applying photos to chosen pages (some are tucked under designs in paper using an X-Acto knife to make slits) I glued pages back to back because I decided not to use the plain lined sides (except page 1). That also helped to hide my slits in paper where I tucked photos in. I then chose flowers, birds, animals and borders to decorate each page. After decorating each page and using the molds for flowers making it quick and easy, I added my journaling to each page.

Instructions: To view some of the pages of this journal, see here. Visit my blog to see more photos. Use your paper pack and cover the front, spine and back covers of the 8 1/4" x 9" journal. Also cover the insides of the front and back covers. I made the medallion on the front by using the Window Box Accents Die and then fussy cutting a piece of the paper collection. Glue the two pieces together and add dimensional tape to the back to pop it up a bit. Add all the decorations you want on the outside and then on the inside of the front cover I made a pocket so I could add more photos or other keepsakes. Next pick out which pictures you want to showcase as well as the journal pages you want to use. Now decide about the flowers you want to use.

When using the Foam paper for the roses, I stamped the petals and leaves with Timber Brown Stazon Ink and Memento Inks. I colored the flowers with various Memento inks as well as Pan Pastels. Using the corresponding dies cut out the flowers and petals. When I used the Foam paper I used the heat tool to warm the petals and leaves then I shaped and set aside. When using regular card stock to stamp and cut out the sunflowers, petunias, dogwoods and leaves I used Rich Cocoa Memento Ink and then I used the traditional flower shaping techniques and the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit to shape everything. You can refer to the video links to suggestions in the shaping of each flower.

Crop the photos (I used the Large Oval Dies and the Large Circle Dies for this) and decide on the placement and then glue down flowers and do the journal page about each person. I chose Four Generations of Strong Christian Women in my Family for my journal.

For more tips on creating with the flower shaping molds, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/FSdPL7nXvQE.

Instructions: For a peek at the inside pages see here. For more photos, visit my blog. Take the 8 1/4" x 9" 3 ring journal folder, the modeling paste, spatula and the crafters work shop template to first apply the letter writing to the front cover and spine of the journal folder. Put aside to dry. Returning back to the journal front cover when the cover modeling paste is dry, spray with the Lindy's stamp gang sprays till you get the color you want. Misting with water if needed. Do this also to the back cover of the journal. Dry the sprays with the heat it tool or you can leave it to air dry.

Take the eyelet die and die cut the frame from a piece of white cardstock. Trim the inside part away from the lace out side edge. Put the inside part aside for later. Bring the Wild honey and Fired brick ink onto the lace frame edge. Taking the scalloped oval die from the small oval die set cut this x 6. Take the Words of Comfort stamp set and find the sentiment with 'Today I Choose' on it. Stamp this on one of the ovals with the aid of the misti-stamping tool. Adhere all the layers together with wet glue so you slide it to match the scalloped edge. Taking the banner die from the 'Banners Of Love' die set and the stamp set 'Todays Quotes' and find the stamp with 'Todays Accomplishments'. Use the two in combination to make the banner. Cut the banner x 3 extra from the card-stock, adhere all together to make a chipboard banner. This is to be sprayed with the gold Lindy's stamp gang spray later when the spraying is done to the journal cover.

Taking the white card stock and design paper scraps from the Young At Heart paper collection, use the classic rose stamp and die set to make the rose petals and leaf swirls. Use the distress inks to bring color to the leaves, rose petal tips and centers. Spray the petals and leaves with the water mister place in the rose mold then put the mold through the die cutting machine twice to get a good press. (Do not make the paper or card-stock too wet as the paper will break in the mold when you put it through the die cutting machine. If you do make it too wet, leave to dry until they are just moist just as you would when balling to bring shape to the petals with the tools.) For the blue / green colored flowers, these are sprayed with the Lindy's stamp gang sprays. Spray also the cut away inner part of the eyelet frame that was put aside. Leave to dry a little, as the petals will still be too wet. When ready put these through the machine in the rose mold. Take the petals out of the molds with the aid of the piercer tool found in the flower shaping tool kit. Leave the shaped petals to dry completely. When dry, shape the centers so the petals cup up. Prick a hole in the petal center so you can thread the stamens through the opening. The stamen colors used are the pink and the green found in the bright pearl assortment bundle. Take three stamens, fold in half then thread the stems through the whole. Secure at the back with the hot glue gun. The glue is cooled off, trim the excess stems away.

When the cover is dry, adhere the outer part of the eyelet frame to the center of the cover. Cut the sprayed eyelet center frame in half and adhere each piece below and to the sides of the outer frame. The scalloped frame with the sentiment is spritzed with the Lindy's stamp gang sprays. The banners colored with the blue spray and the out side highlighted with the gold spray. Mist so the sprays will run a little. Adhere this to the inside of the eyelet frame when dry.

Arrange the leaf swirls and flowers to and around the frame. Adhere with the hot glue gun. Apply the wet glue for the Prills and Gala glitz as shown in the photo. Using the tray, apply the Prills and Gala glitz with a spoon and sprinkle gently so the prills will not bounce everywhere. The small banner that has been sprayed with gold, adhere to the bottom right of the journal cover.

Find the two pages with the coffee cup / chocolate cup on it from the inspiration journal pages. For all three pages, arrange the photos wanted for the pages where wanted, trim to size if needed. Taking the brown and taupe card-stock mat the photos as seen in the photos. Adhere the photos with double sided tape to the matting. For the 1st and 2nd pages, stamp, die cut and color the airplane using the white card stock. Adhere this to the page corner as seen in the photo of the pages.

Stamp the flowers and leaves with the gold embossing powder, die cut and color with the inks from the product list. Bring a little shape to the flowers and leaves, not too much if they are too high they will get crushed and will take too much room in the journal. Adhere the made flowers and leaves to the corners of the photos on each page shown in the photos. Apply and adhere the bling stones with the hot glue gun to the flower centers.

Find the 'Happy Memories' sentiment stamp from the listed stamp set, brown card-stock then stamp this with the gold embossing powder. Trim the sentiment card-stock to size, adhere to the page. Taking the permanent marker pen, write two rows of journaling around the photo matting edges, doddle the flowers, leaves and dots in the corners of the flowers and leaves. Taking the stamp sentiment of 'This moment in time' and stamp it next to the 'I am in charge' print in the paper. Find the stamp with the scripture 1 Tim 1:7, copy the scripture verse and hand write the verse to the outer edge of the second page. For the 3rd page, the journaling is written around the photo card-stock matting. Use the sentiment stamps 'So grateful' and 'I will never forget this day' to stamp with the black ink at the top right and bottom left of the page. The stamp with the verse from Psalm 18:32 is hand written as journaling.

Continue to fill the page with doodling and journaling about the event and photos. The page that would follow this page could be used only for journaling about the days events or it could be used to start a record of a new adventure.

Instructions: Begin to prep the 8 1/4" x 9" album by using gesso on front and back of the album, I also did the inside cover on both to protect the inside from all the spray. Once dry, apply texture paste using your favorite stencil. I used the morocco one from prima. Once dry, decide on your cover, how you will lay out your embellishments, I started with the oval frame in center, then I built around it, securing it all with gel medium. I attached my album closure under the fabscraps latch on the front of the cover, and I used gel medium here too. I let this dry overnight as I wanted to be sure it was completely dry before I went onto the mists.

Begin with your mist starting with your darkest color of the blues, which is siesta key; add in grass and peacock feathers, feel free to dilute with water. I used sand castle underneath all my embellishments to create shadows. Heat set in between layers of color to make it permanent. When you are happy with the look; add your title. I then went over with alchemy wax to highlight and used cowboy glaze to add extra depth in some spots.

For inside of album; I used the Daily Blessing Journal Page set and adhered two sheets together to create a sturdy page. Adhering photos both 4x6 and some 5x7 and leaving room for Emma Lou to journal on. I added 4x8 tags stamping sentiments on them as well as A 2 craft envelopes with stamped sentiments throughout the album. I cut out large sentiments from pages I didn't use in the pack and a couple of these I used the fuse to create smaller flip pockets. I used the We r tab punch to add tab dividers to each page. For the first tag, take a strip 1" wide from a white cardstock and cut a border on both using Sweetheart Border Die. Adhere a pink color pattern paper from the back and neatly fussy cut. Layer on the base of the tag as shown. For the second tag cut a border from Border basic die and layer it on the tag as shown. Another delicate border is cut and painted with peeled paint and then adhered on the top of white border.

I used Photoshop to add text to my 11 1/4 X 11 1/4" photo creation. Layer ribbons along the bottom. Stamp with Rhubarb Stalk ink the big and smaller peony on white cardstock, color them in the center with Buttercup and the ends with Vibrant Fuchsia, then cut them out with the coordinating dies. Shape them using your Deluxe shaping kit. Make a hole in them and place the stamens in the center. Stamp with Rich Cocoa and the Leafy accents stamp some leaves on white cardstock, color them with Bamboo Leaves and Vibrant Fuchsia, die cut with the coordinating die and place them in the 3D mold, spray with water, put the lid on and run them through the machine. Arrange flowers as shown, adding pearl decorations. For the flap you take a purple cardstock and cut that on the right size, take the filmstrip and place the photo's behind it, glue this down, next to the filmstrip on both sides you can place a double piece of the bling on the roll, then take some Silver Washi tape and fold this over the edge, use 3 strips for this!

For the teal flip fold, choose your paper from the paper collections. Mat your photo on red cardstock and place it on the paper., Die cut the Decorative Pocket Accents die from red cardstock and now glue this on the top left corner of the photo. Since the teal paper is too large to fit in the die cutting machine, use your knife to cut a slit in the opening of that die. This will create the pocket. Take the corner die of the Ornate Pocket Accents die and die cut it from red cardstock and glue this on the right bottom part around the photo. Take 2 pieces of chain and glue this under the edge of the corner. Cut a word or sentiment from paper and mat with red cardstock. Glue this on the bottom of the chains to create a sign. Using black ink, stamp the denim pocket on white cardstock and die cut. Color with Teal Zeal ink, adhere a wooden button on the pocket. Add glue along the edges, without adding glue behind the photo as this will be your pocket. Add tickets, or anything personal, including the denim pocket you've created. Adhere swan sticker and add Crystal Lacquer as water splashes.

For the green flip fold, choose your paper and adhere to flip fold. Take a vertical photo and die cut the eyelet border die along the bottom, saving both pieces of the photo. Mat your photo on white cardstock allowing extra space between the die cut. Die cut border along the white opening of the photo mat. Stamp a sentiment from the butterfly collection under due cut border. Die cut the beautiful corner of the Ornate Pocket Accents die from white cardstock and place this on the upper left corner of the photo. Add sentiment sticker as desired.

Add paper to remainder of book. Embellish as desired. I die cut the elegant corner pocket from dark blue cardstock and adhered in the lower right hand side and stamped the Oak berry Blossom in Rhubarb Stalk ink, on white paper and die cut. Color with Buttercup in the center and Vibrant Fuchsia ink on the ends and shape using the coordinating mold. I will place more photos on my blog.

For the main cover, Stamp the flowers from Buttons and Blooms paper collection using black Archival ink and cut them using their coordinating dies. Color all the images using Zig Clean Clear Brush Markers. Stamp a few leaves from Classic Rose Cling stamp set using Leaf Green Archival ink and color them using Olive Green. Shape the leaves using 3D rose shaping mold. Once all the leaves are ready, dab a little clear glue and sprinkle Crystal Clear Powder. Color all the film strips with Stormy Sky Distress Oxide and adhere acetate paper behind. Keeping one side open for inserting photographs, adhere the film strips as shown. Make two elongated flower arrangements as shown.

For the inside right page, I have created a beautiful belly band using Sweetheart Border Die and embellished the pocket using cut images of stitched flowers from the paper collection. The leaves from Classic Rose Collection have been added for extra interest.

For the tabs on the left which measures, 6" by 12", I have cut pockets using Petite Pocket Accents Die and added tags cut from white cardstock using Album Tags and Accents Die. The pictures are cut and used as per the requirements of the layouts on each page and decorated with slightly shaped flowers from Buttons and Blooms Collection.
