Let's get crafting together!
Directions:
Step 1: Cut a piece of white cardstock to 10" x 6" and score at 2", 2.75", 6" and 6.75".
Step 2: Cut another piece of white cardstock to 2.5" x 5.875" and score at 2.125".
Cut two more pieces of white cardstock to 2" x 2.25" and score at .75" and 1.5". (These will be used to create the jacket for the chocolate bar.)
Step 3: Cut two decorative pocket accents dies from white cardstock and attach one of them onto the piece of card we cut to 2.5" x 5.875". This will form the flap where the sentiment is stamped. Adhere this to the larger outer jacket of the box as shown.
Adhere the second decorative pocket die cut to the outer jacket of the chocolate bar.
Adhere the two pieces of white cardstock to 2" x 2.25" to the card box. See pictures below.
Step 4: Fold over the section that holds the chocolate bar and adhere the scored section of the two pieces of card to the box forming a pocket for the chocolate bar.
Step 4: Attach ribbon on the front and back of the box before covering with pattern paper. Cover the front and back with patterned paper from Burst of Spring Collection.
TOP TIP: Cut your papers 1/8" smaller than the sections measure to create a white border on all sides of your box.
TOP TIP: Stamp your sentiments onto your papers before adhering them to the box.
Step 5: Cut one eyelet tag die from Album Tags and Accents Die set for adding some personlized text or picture.
Step 6: Cut one Lacy Diamond Die and two different sizes of Eyelet Diamond Die from white cardstock. Stamp the sentiment on the top diamond and adhere to the front of the card using dimensional dots.
Step 7: Stamp pansy flowers and leaves from the Cheery Pansy Cling Stamp set onto the Deluxe Flower Shaping paper using archival ink-cactus flower and library green. Cut them out with coordinating die and color them using archival inks-cactus flower, sunflower and leaf green. Shape them using 3D Pansy Shaping Mold. Then add prills at the centre and sprinkle with crystal clear glitter.
TOP TIP: For more flower shaping tips with the Cheery Pansy watch this video here: https://www.heartfeltcreations.us/video/224/how-to-create-pansies-the-ez-way
Step 8: Stamp one Delicate Pansy Spray onto white cardstock using archival ink-jet black and diecut using the coordinating die.
Step 9: Adhere the spray, flowers and leaves as shown in the picture below.
Step 10: Insert the candy bar in the pocket, close it up and tie the ribbon.
Have fun making these boxes and filling them with candy! Mmm...... we are sure we would eat the candy and have to buy more for the gift box! Shh.....
