Hey friends! How is your day going? Have you had the chance to create something beautiful this week yet? If not why not create this beautiful card from designer Sandra! Follow her step-by-step instructions and create something beautiful today!

Our crafters say...

"So happy it's finally arrived! I've been waiting for a peony collection! This is one of my favorite garden flowers! Such a pretty mix of colors in the paper collection, too! Can't wait to order this! ! ! Beautiful!" -Lynn Erwin

"Ridiculously stunning just love the peonies!!!! I'm just so hooked on all of these stunning products and Emma Lou and her team of designers are just amazing!!! Love it all!!!" - Luz C Berenguer

Step 1 Take an A4 sheet of white card and score it in half to make an A5 card. Cut a sheet of pink paper 1/4" smaller than the card base from the paper collection and adhere on top of the card base. Cut a piece of white card 1/8 smaller than the pink we just layered and add your Fleur Border Basic die to the edge and die cut to create a layer on the card front.

Step 2 Cut another layer of pink paper and cut 1/8" smaller than the white layer we just used. Lay it over the white layer, turn it over and mark through the holes along the bottom so we know where to put the Plain Fleur Border Basic die. Line the die up with the pencil mark, tape down and run through your die cutting machine.

Step 3 Adhere the pink layer to the white layer and wrap a length of pink ribbon and white ribbon over the two pieces. Adhere the ribbons to the back of your card with tape.

Step 4 Adhere this to the card base using 3D foam pads for dimension. You could make this into a secret pocket and add photos and messages! Just adhere the two sides and base if you're going to do this!

Step 5 Die cut a circle using the Large Eyelet Circle Die in white card and one of the circle toppers from the paper collection.

Step 6 Using the Words of Encouragement Stamps, stamp the sentiment with a green ink pad.

Step 7 Stamp on white card one large and one small peony bud, color and die cut and arrange these as in the photo. Adhere the large flower under the ribbon and adhere the smaller flower over the ribbon using 3d foam pads.

Step 8 Stamp on white card the small Sweet Peony using a pink inkpad. Sandra used 3 layers for each flower. Color and die cut the stamped images and shape using the 3D Floral Basics Shaping Mold. To see how to use the flower shaping molds we have a video for you here.

Step 9 Lay your flowers face up on the flower shaping mat and using a flower shaping tool gently run your tool from the flower tip to the center and then in a circular motion in the middle of the flower. Layer three flowers together and using the piercing tool make a hole in flower center and thread stamens through adhering in place with glue at the back of the flower.

Step 10 Add some extra ribbon to hang under the flowers and use a hot glue gun to adhere to your flowers to the card.
