Instructions: The finished size of this tent fold card is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" (13.5 cm x 13.5 cm). Make the card base from the white card stock. Taking the paper collection find the blue design paper with the music print. Cut both the matting layers for the card a little smaller than the base. Ink the edges with Peacock Feathers and then distress the edges. Adhere to the card base with the 3D foam dots.

Taking the white card stock again, stamp the following using black ink: flowers ( x 7), holly leaves and berries ( x 3). Die cut with coordinating dies, colour and shape using the deluxe flower shaping kit. Apply the Nuvo glitter drops to the flower centres. When dry, trim the flowers away from the stems. These will be adhered with the aid of the hot glue gun later.

Taking the two largest outer circle frame, die cut x 5 layers. Forming a circle frame. Adhere all together then apply the peacock feathers distress ink. Apply clear drying glue then dip into the crystal clear glitter. Put aside to dry. Do the same for the banner. Taking the die for "For You", die cut this x 5. Adhere all the layers together, colour the words with the peacock feathers ink then apply the clear crackle paint. The crackle paint will alter the colour so it will pop even more.

Adhere the circle frame to the matting front then adhere all the leaves, berries and flowers to the left side of the circle. Bend the banner a little so it will fit into the flowers and over the circle. Adhere the words onto the banner with the aid of the hot glue gun. Add a few flowers in and around the banner tail and a few to the right side card edge. To finish, once all is dry and secure apply a little diamond Stickles to each of the flower centres.

For tips to create your own window scene here

Instructions: Start by taking a piece of white card stock 7" x 7"1/2" and score it on the 2 1/2" mark so you have a 5" x 7" card with a 2 1/2" x 7" flap on the front. Cover the outside and inside panels with paper from the Winter's Eve Paper Collection cut slightly smaller for dimension.

To make the window, first die cut the window box and fancy topper from the Window Box Elements Die out of white card stock and finish the window box with the decorative edge from the same die collection cut out of a piece of paper from the Winter's Eve Paper Collection. The Window Frame was stamped on white card stock with Versamark and heat embossed with Vintage Pink Embossing Powder before die cutting with the matching die.

The Window Box Fillers were created 2 different ways. The first was to stamp the images on white cardstock with Versamark and heat embossed with Vintage Pink Embossing Powder before die cutting with the matching die and finally colored with Rose Coral ink. The second way was to stamp the images on white card stock with Frost White and heat embossed with White Fine Embossing Powder before die cutting with the matching die and finally colored with Prussian Blue ink.

The leaves and tree images were stamped on white card stock with Northern Pine and die cut with the matching dies and then distressed with Olive Grove ink. Once the card is assembled as shown, the entire card was lightly sprayed with Glimmer Mist and the centers of the flowers were accented with Prills. A pretty bow was the finishing touch to the window box.

For tips on how to create a layered card and shadow boxes  check out this video here

Instructions: To see the inside pages click here. Assemble the Kraft Layered Circle Card, and then cut designer paper for each page inside and out.  Die cut circles in the center of each sheet using the new Circle Basic dies (both large and small sets) to fit each circle on the layered circle card. Pick coordinating designer paper for each page and die cut circle frames for each opening and also a border for the top of each page. Since this is a masculine card I used the plaids, browns and dark greens with small print designs for this part.

Stamp, die cut and color all Woodsy pieces (several of the Landscape and Wonderland sets). Stamp with black ink on white cardstock. To colot I used a combination of sponging with Memento dye inks (Bamboo eaves, New Sprout) and Copic Markers (E53, E33, E35, E97, E11, E42, E43, E44,R21, R24, R29,W01, W03, W05, C02, C03, C05, BOO, BO2, Y11, Y15, Y35, Y38, YG03, YG23, YG17, RV10, RV02, BV000, BV01, V01, V12, V15).

Stamp, die cut and sponge color on Dogwood pieces stamp using black ink on white cardstock. Color using Memento: Grape Jelly, Lulu Lavender, Angel Pink, Rose Bud, Dandelion. Shape all flowers with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit (See Emma Lou's video for more instruction on flower shaping). Glue all prepared designer paper to each page front and back matching edges and circles, then glue each border and coordinating circle frame to each page.

Tear a strip of dark green "ground" for the bottom of each page (except back two pages) and sponge edges with Bamboo Leaves then glue in place. Fill pages with little animals and trees. I purposely went beyond the inner circles to give more dimension to my tunnel. I sometimes used paper to dictate where to place certain animals. I finished the bottom of each page (the ground) with Flower Soft and different colors of Prills like flowers. The tops of all pages are decorated with the multi-colored Dogwood and leaves.

Special instruction for the back two pages: The next to last page has a picture of a deer (from designer paper) glued to the last, small circle before gluing the designer paper over the page (like a sandwich). This makes the last two pages solid for adding pockets and journaling tags or more small cards.

I decorated the tops with the die cut border in blue and then die cut my pockets from the same blue designer paper. I die cut tags from the designer paper using the Luggage and Tags die and added fiber to 1. Die cut the center of a cut tag using Cut Mat Create 2A die and adhere to tag using black Fun Foam for dimension. Die cut sentiment using Luggage and Tags die and adhere onto tag as shown. The pages are finished with Dogwood on top and a small Dogwood flower on the Card/tag.

Take a piece of 6 x 12" kraft paper for your card base. Score and fold at 6". Choose your brick paper and green paper from the paper pad, cut to 5 3/4" x 5 3/4". Diecut a circle in the center of the brick patterned panel to align with the circle opening on the layered card panel, adhere to front card panel. Adhere Green panel directly onto front of kraft card base you've made. Then adhere 2nd kraft panel with the smaller circle directly on top of the green panel.

Fussy cut some of the leaves from the patterned paper, and using your flower shaping kit, cup each of the leaves for a 3D appearance which will allow it to pop off your card front. Diecut two fairies from the designer paper pad using coordinating dies.

To form the flowers die cut a total of 3 layers for each flower bunch. Use the wildwood flowers dies to diecut the flowers on white foamiran. Gently shape the flower petals using the deluxe flower shaping kit along with a heating tool. Then layer each petal as shown and stagger each petal. Punch a hole in the center to add your stamens. Watch this tutorial for tips on shaping the Sparkling Poinsettia here

Instructions: Create a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2" top fold card. Cut base mat from dark brown cardstock at 5 1/4 x 5 1/4". Cut light brown mat at 5 x 5".  Apply Heidi Swapp Stencil and apply texture paste over light brown mat. Allow to dry.

Stamp angel/tree image from the Winter's Eve cling stamp set with Desert Sand on X-Press It. Stamp the branches from the Window Box Fillers stamp set in Desert Sand on X=press it. Color the images with the following monochromatic colors with Copic Alcohol Ink Markers -  (W1, W3, W5, E33, E31, E35, E37,  E 40, E44, E45, E47 and a touch of B00 on the snowy branches for a little pop of color).

The Bokeh background was created with a Q-Tip and 70% alcohol. Tip: Avoid 100% alcohol because it will evaporate too fast to allow the Bokeh effect. The base of the Christmas tree was textured by applying 70% alcohol to a denim piece of fabric. Tear the edges and sponge with Walnut Stain Distress oxide. If I did this again, I would select a lighter brown ink.

Stamp the Poinsettias from the Sparkling Poinsettia collection using Desert Sand Ink. Cut the branches and poinsettias with the coordinating dies. The flowers were misted with a mini mister and shaped with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. The petals were adhered with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive. Clear Crackle Paint was applied to the petals and sprinkled with Rajni Chawla's Frosting Powder. Heat Set.

Adhere a strip of lace to the right side of the card. The focal image was adhered with clear adhesive. Hemp twine was coiled and tucked under the focal image. The poinsettias and snowy branches were adhered with a glue gun. Pearls were added for embellishment.

For tips on how to create a layered card and shadow boxes  check out this video here

Instructions: Follow the steps on Emma Lou's video to create the layered card. Once you have cut and circle diecut all your papers, cover the pages in the album front and back.

Stamp 8 sets of celebrate the season mini poinsettia and leaves and a few flowers from the Window Box Fillers in Vintage Photo ink on white cardstock, diecut. Color using Aged Mahogany, Peeled Paint and Wild Honey Distress inks. Adhere lace prills in flower centers.

Fussy cut deer from the designer papers in the Winter's Eve collection and adhere them to the back of the circle pages as shown on my sample. Stamp 8 trees of different sizes using Peeled Paint ink on white cardstock, and diecut. Color with Peeled Paint and use dries white adhesive on them to create show with the crystal clear.

Wrap ribbon around album and tie in knot. I cut down strips of white cardstock and tore on edges, to look like snow banks to my album. Each page has this. I then used dries white on each one and added crystal clear on top.  Decorate layered card pages as you wish, this album was kept pretty basic as i didn’t want to cover up the deer. Cut out sentiment from paper collection and adhere to cover. Detail as you wish with crystal clear and frosting powders.

Add glue on both corners leaving the center open for the pocket. Die cut a border on white cardstock using two Delicate Border dies, and glue this along the pocket. For the sides I tore 2 pieces of white cardstock and glued them on the corners, only using glue on 3 sided to create a pocket. Cover the edge with Crystal Clear.

To decorate the center panel: Die cut a window frame from white cardstock using the window die. Die cut the window panes from designer paper using window panes and straight window dies. Cut an image from designer paper (I chose the tree and girl image) Adhere tree and girl imae to card base, then layer window pane on top.

Die cut the Window Box Elements shutters die from white cardstock and cut in half lengthwise. Adhere on both sides of window, then adhere white window frame.

Stamp Hollies using black ink on white cardstock and diecut. Color using Bamboo Leaves along with the daubers. Shape using the deluxe flower shaping kit. Add Frosting Powder, and heat set with the heat tool. Glue this on a corner of the window using dries clear glue.

Close your card and put a sentiment from the paper on a mat and glue that down with the 3D tape so that it pops out a little. Then decorate the front with the hollies and snowflake stickers. I also cut 4 tiny circles out of gray cardstock and glued two of them, back to back, on the end of the each ribbon. I added a snowflake sticker on them. Finally add Nuvo Red Berry drops to all the stamped berry images. Let dry.

For tips on shaping the poinsettia see this video.

Instructions: The light pink patterned paper is your background. I tore about 1.5” from the top and bottom of a sheet of mauve cardstock. Roll the edges and adhere in the middle of the layout. Die cut 6 of the scallop border pieces from white cardstock and adhere them along the top and bottom of the mauve cardstock using mini glue dots. Cut a strip of the striped patterned paper that is 2 x 12", cut a strip of white cardstock that is about 3” wide and tear both edges. Adhere across the middle of the layout.

Stamp and die cut the window image using a light grey ink. Cut a piece of vellum to go in behind the window. Adhere these pieces together using extreme double sided tape and mini foam squares. Using a glue pen add Crystal Clear Glitter to each window pane and the window sill.

Using most all of the Small and Large Circle dies, I cut circles from the pink, blue, and mauve patterned paper as well as vellum. To create my photo mats I used the scallop and #6 from the small and the 7 and 6 from the large circle dies (numbered from smallest to largest). Scatter your circles across the layouts border strip. Sometimes I adhered the circles straight to the layout and others I used 3D foam squares. I adhere my matted photo using 3D foam squares. Tuck in your window frame to the right of your matted photo.

Stamp and die cut 1 set of Sparkling Poinsettia using light grey ink on white cardstock. I added colour using ink and a dauber. Shape and assemble your flowers. I added beads to the middle using Crystal Lacquer, let dry. I added Stickles to the petals of all of my flowers, let dry. I adhered the layered poinsettia to the bottom of my layout and the smaller poinsettia to the right of the window frame.

I added a circle to the top and bottom of the layout and added my sentiment to the top.

Die cut 2 of Arianna Lace on white cardstock. I added one to the largest layered circle. I used 2 little pieces from the other as leaves for my poinsettia at the bottom of my layout. I added buttons all around my layout acting as smaller circles for my border as well as covering seams of my scalloped border on the top and bottom.

I am so looking forward to take classes at the Expo in Ontario so that I can finally put to use some of the beautiful holiday stuff I recently purchased from you. Thanks for all the projects and the tutorials you provide.
