Watch this tutorial https://youtu.be/3_DoCqo7W-Y for tips on creating this foldout card and this one https://youtu.be/6B5t9exttw0 to see how to shape the plumerias.

Instructions: Get started on this card by selecting the card base from the HCCF1-444-2  5"x 7" Foldout Cards-White. Use the HCD1-7119 Classic Border Basics Die to diecut top straight edge of card to match the top wave pattern of card. Pick papers from the Tropical Paradise collection and diecut to fit each fold of card as pictured. Attach the panels to each fold of the card. Next, use the leafy pattern dies from HCD1-7118 Delicate Border Basics Die together as shown in the video to diecut 2 border strip from the Tropical Paradise paper. Sponge the edges of 1 strip with Teal Zeal ink and the other with New Sprout. Attach the border strips onto card as pictured and cut excess of edges.

Stamp the cockatoo from HCPC-3781 Tropical Cockatoo, lovebirds from HCPC-3784 Tropical Parrots stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto white cardstock and diecut with coordinating dies. Stamp the set of 3 mini plumerias from HCPC-3782 Tropical Plumeria stamp set in Dark Peony ink onto white cardstock and diecut with coordinating die. Diecut Aloha sentiment from yellow Tropical Paradise paper. Use the Stack and Store daubers for detailed application on the images. For the coloring and shaping of the plumerias, watch this tutorial https://youtu.be/6B5t9exttw0. Use Berrylicious, Teal Zeal, New Sprout and Cantaloupe to color the lovebirds.

Use the Berrylicious and Cantaloupe on the plumerias. Use New Sprout and Bamboo Leaves for the leaves. Use a touch of Berrylicious to accent features of cockatoo. Dab a bit of Gold Stamp paint onto non porous surface such as clear cardstock, spritz with water mister to dilute and then mix. Add a touch of the stamp paint onto cockatoo. Shape birds, plumerias and leaves. Apply some transparent stamp paint onto leaves for a waxy finish as well as Aloha sentiment. Attach everything onto card as pictured. Use Dries Clear glue to add Ribbit prills to the flower centers.

Watch this tutorial https://youtu.be/6B5t9exttw0 to see how to shape the plumerias.

Instructions: Create 5" x 6.5" card base using white card stock. Select background paper from paper collection for matting on card base. Ink all edges using sponge dauber and pink ink. Adhere to card base using pop dots. Locate yellow patterned paper in paper collection and die cut using largest dies in Spellbinders Pierced Rectangles dies. Adhere to card base using pop dots. Die cut a piece of watercolor paper using the middle sized dies from within Pierced Rectangles. Swipe blue oxide ink onto clear stamp block, stamp onto watercolor paper and then spread using water and paint brush. Heat set using heat tool. Repeat with the yellow and green colors brushing them slightly into one another with water and paint brush, drying between applications. Using paint brush, splash some water droplets onto colored watercolor paper and heat set. This will give the the illusion of oxide effect. Splash a few droplets of Dylusion Spray onto watercolor paper. Heat set from straight above the paper carefully so that droplets will dry but not run or set aside to air dry. Stamp sentiment onto watercolor paper as shown. Adhere to card base using pop dots.

Stamp one inking of a flamingo, four curly foliage illustrations, the set of three smaller leaves, one swirled leaf and each of the smallest and mid sized plumeria flower pieces onto watercolor paper using black ink. Using oxide inks watercolor all embellishments. Heat set and adhere color again to achieve some darker areas. Die cut using coordinating dies. Shape and assemble two medium sized flowers and one small. Adhere to card front as shown and then shape and adhere leaf clusters and flamingo. Die cut sentiment from a light turquoise paper from within the paper collection and add a touch of blue and yellow ink giving it an ombre look. Apply to card front. Adhere dew drops to card base and glitter to flower tips using a dries clear glue.

The card front is adhered with 3d foam tape or double dots. With the orange / yellow design paper make a matting a little larger than the calendar, ink it with wild honey distress ink. Adhere the layers together. Add another two smaller layers of cardboard to the back to raise this from the page. Adhere to the upper center of the LO base.

Taking the green, blue / grey and the orange / yellow design paper from the collection stamp the leaves with the black archival ink ( 13 leaf and sprigs, 13 ferns ) and flowers, ( 8 med large and 10 med small sizes ). Shape and adhere the flowers together. To prepare the Creative embellishment words Play and Fun, first add a few layers of gesso then add stickles to bling the words. Leave to dry. Instructions: Click here to see a closeup view of the card set. One of the great things about Heartfelt Creations collections is how easy it is to make a stunning card in very little time using only the paper collection. Here are three cards created using only the Tropical Paradise Paper Collection. Simply choose a panel you like and trim the outer edge off. Then mix and match the papers until you find a combination you like. Create a 6" x 6" card base and add a background DP.  Back your trimmed panel with card stock and pop it up on the card base. For this type card, use two layers of chipboard rather than dimensional foam. It gives a firmer platform for the panel and a more professional look. Trim out a matching sentiment from the paper pack, back it with card stock and chipboard and mount that to the card as well. Leave them as they are or add embellishments if you like.

Other Products: Tim Holtz distressing Inks, dark pink, light pink, white cardstock, flat back pink and tan mini pearls, Blick markers in Dark Passion, Memory Keepers envelope maker

Instructions: Diecut 4 coffee cup card bases from the white card stock making sure you position the die right off the folded card edge so that you have a cup shaped card base.

Stamp 2 coffee cups in black ink onto pink cardstock and 2 in black ink onto white cardstock and diecut with matching die. Color in the flowers and cup design with the Blick marker. From the Sunrise Lily paper collection, cut out the sentiment that reads, "To a Beautiful You," I added a sparkly flat back bead on one end and attached it to each of the cups. Adhere each cup to the cup card base and embellish with the flat pearls and stickles.

I made some matching envelopes using white 5.25 x 5.25" squares of white cardstock using the Memory Keepers envelope maker. Check Youtube for DIY videos. On the front of the envelopes I stamped I LOVE YOU A LATTE using the cling stamps mentioned above. That's it... you're done.
