Watch this tutorial https://youtu.be/6B5t9exttw0 to see how to shape the plumerias.

Instructions: The top fold card with smooth white cardstock measures 7" x 7". Take a white card stock measuring 6 1/2" by 4 1/2" and tape down a Basic Fleur Die on the bottom. Run it through the die cutting machine. To create the background, smush Wild Honey Distress ink on the craft sheet and spritz water. Create a background by pressing the cardstock facing down. Lift and heat set. Once happy with colors add little textures using Prima Grungy Grid Stencil with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink. Stamp a random pattern with Tropical Parrot Cling Stamp with Black Archival. Now score the pattern at 1/8th of an inch each time. Cut a fancy lace border from white card stock and adhere to the backside of the ready stamped and inked panel. Now add a pattern paper from the same collection to create the base of stamped panel. The ready panel will now measure 15 cm by 14 cm. Layer it using foam dots to the ready panel on the black cardstock 1/4th cm bigger than the top stamped panel.

The focal image is stamped with black archival and painted using Zig Clean Brush Markers. The shades used are 041, 042, 045, 031, 032, 050, 052. I have doodled few white dots with white gel pen to highlight the image. The image is then cut using its coordinating die. For flowers, stamp multiple images with Magenta Hue Archival and paint them using Tea Rose and Magenta Hue. Shape the with deluxe shaping kit. For Leaves stamp multiple times with Library Green and cut them using its coordinating die. Paint them using leaf green and shape using Deluxe shaping kit. Brush all the leaves and flowers with clear crackle and sprinkle Crystal Clear and Frosty Powder randomly and heat set. The filler flowers are from Wildwood Florals Die. These are simply cut and lightly colored using Sunflower Archival ink and shaped. I have used a wired pollen to add a little stem to the filler flower. 3 swirly leaves are stamped with Library Green archival and painted using Leaf green. Dab it on Versa mark and sprinkle clear UTEE and heat set. A circle frame is cut from Classic circle die. Brush it with the adhesive that dries clear and sprinkle Elizabeth Craft Golden Glitter and dust extra. Burnish it with your fingers to get extra shine. Once all the elements are ready assemble the card as shown. Lastly cut a die cuts from white cardstock using word die and add it to the card on left bottom corner to finish the card.

Cut a piece of the green patterned paper that is 3.75" x 6", round the corners and adhere to the left hand side of the yellow circle.

I matted my 4 x 6 photo in white, blue patterned paper and kraft cardstock. I added kraft photo corners to the photo. Adhere these layers together and add to the layout using 3D foam squares. Find and cut out the light blue large tag, add a bow of burlap string to the top and add to the top of your matted photo. Find and cut out the “You're My Best Friend” and adhere to the layout just below the matted photo using 3D foam squares. Die cut from hot pink cardstock “Aloha” and adhere just below the matted photo.

Stamp and die cut 2 sets of the medium flowers and 1 set of the small flowers. I added colour to these using inks and daubers. Shape and assemble the flowers. Add Prills to the middle of each using liquid adhesive. Stamp and die cut 1 large, 1 medium and 2 small palm leaves. I added colour to these using Chameleon pens. Stamp and die cut 1 each of the leaf pair and the leaves and swirls. I added colour to these using Chameleon pens. Shape your leaves.

I created 2 sets of yellow twine loops, each tied at the bottom and adhered to the layout using hot glue. One to the left of the matted photo and one to the bottom right of the matted photo. Then I added the flowers and leaves in those same areas. I added a small flower and the leaf pair to the tag at the top of the matted photo. Using the Spectrum Noir Crystal Clear pen I added sparkle to all of my flowers.

Instructions: This card when completed will fit into a 9 1/2 x 7 1/2" envelope. The card base measures 8 1/4 x 6 15/16" ( 23.5 cm x 17.5 cm ) Take the A 4 cardstock and make 2 fold lines at 2 quarter inches each to form the foot of the card. Fold this to a hill and valley fold. Cut the card front base at 4 12/16 x 3 15/16" (10 cm x 12.1 cm ). A second card side front at 3 13/16th x 2 1/4" ( 5.7 cm x 9.6 cm ). The slider at 1 7/16 " x 3 2/16" (3.7 cm x 8 cm ). Last the slider guide at 1 2/16" x 3 1/4" (8.3 cm x 2.8 cm ). This piece you will use the punch to cut a half circle in the center of longer edge to aid sliding the slider in place later when adhered to the back of the card front. Find the design paper in the paper pad and cut a little smaller than the base for the matting. Ink all the matting paper edges with both distress ink colors for shading. Adhere all the papers in place with tape or glue. Adhere the card front to the left of the card foot. With the 3d foam double dots adhere the card side front to the right of the card front and card foot. Taking the yellow ribbon, make a small double half bow and adhere in place with the hot glue gun.

Make the Aloha sentiment by layering and gluing 6 die cuts made from cardstock. Stamp, die cut and color the embellishments from the collection. Please note all the stamping is done with the gold embossing powder. The finished toucan is reinforced by die cutting and adhering 4 extra layers together. Arrange and adhere all the flowers and leaves in place. Add the parrot then the sentiment. You can adhere the arrangement either with wet glue or the hot glue gun, I used the latter. Adhere the slider to the top of the card in line with the card front. Place the slider guide to the back of the card front so the slider will slide to let the card stand on it's own. Apply the rhinestones to the flower centers and to the slider head. Apply the crystal Lacquer to the sentiment and stickles to the flowers and parrot.

Watch this tutorial https://youtu.be/6B5t9exttw0 to see how to shape the plumerias.

Instructions: On white cardstock, stamp ten of the largest flower petal set with lavender ink, ten of the largest with pink ink. Stamp ten of the next size down petal set with each lavender and pink inks. This should give you petals enough to make twenty large flowers and forty of the medium sized flowers. Cut all petals with matching dies. Following the video above, sponge all petal edges with same ink as they were stamped in. Sponge the centers of the lavender petals with lime ink, and the centers of the pink petals with apricot ink. Using the video as a guide assemble your flowers. Coat all flowers with Mod Podge inside and out. Stamp tens sets of the smaller leaf cluster onto lime green cardstock using black ink. Cut leaves with matching die. You will use only the smaller leaves, you should have twenty. Sponge all leaf edges with evergreen ink. Cut off stems, poke a hole in that end using piercing nib from shaping kit and curve slightly with 8mm tip.

Cut a 36" piece of wire and start by treading two green beads on one end, twisting the wire up around beads to keep them from sliding off. With the paper piercing nib from tool kit, poke a hole in the center of one large and two small lavender flowers. String large flower first, then two beads, smaller flower, two beads, then third flower. Add one bead then the leaf, two more green beads then repeat with the pink & apricot flowers, using apricot beads in between these flowers. Keep repeating this process until all flowers are used. When you get to the end pull wire as close together as you can and twist them together. Wrap the twisted wire around the string wire several times and clip off long end. This makes a head band length of plumerias. If you want a Lei length I would stamp five more of each color large petals and ten more of each color of the smaller size petals and ten more leaves. Cut the wire at 54".

Instructions: The designer paper was selected from the Tropical Paradise Designer Paper Collection. Use the Foldout Card as a template for cutting the panels. I chose to cover the panels on the front and back sides of the foldouts.

Cut the border trim 6 times from green cardstock using the Flour border Basics Die. Each panel has the trim applied to the front and back. This is a great tutorial on creating Border Essential Die -  HERE. Cut four ornate border die and adhere together with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive. This will give the die a lot of strength.  Adhere to the  top of the base panel.

Stamp the tropical bird images on Stonehenge paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Color the birds with Prismacolor pencils. The following Prismacolor Combos were used. (Cockatoo Image) - Jasmine, Terra Cotta, Peach Beige, White, Putty Beige, Spring Green Kelp Green, Sepia, Lemon Yellow, Pink Rose, Mulberry, Lavender. (Flamingo)- Putty Beige, Peach Beige, Terra Cotta, Sienna Brown, Dark Brown. Die cut the birds with corresponding die. I prefer to cut 3 extra layers of each bird from left over scrap cardstock  and adhere the layers with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive. This will add thickness and dimension to the images.

Stamp the Plumeria on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Dye Ink. Die cut the flower with the Tropical Plumeria Die. Sponge the petals with Berrylicious ColorBox Ink and with Squeezed Lemon Distress Ink. Stamp and die cut the leaves from the Tropical Cockatoo set. Sponge with the Bamboo Leaves, Olive Grove and Teal Memento Ink. Shape the Plumeria and leaves with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Tip - It helps to lightly mist the back of the water before shaping. This will help to break down the paper fibers! Attach plumeria and leaves to card.

Die cut the "Aloha" from the Orange designer paper the the Tropical Paradise Paper Collection. Pop up the tropical birds with dimensional dots and adhere the word  "Aloha" with Designer Dries Clear Adhesive.

I was already hooked on your beautiful and precise stamps and dies, but this wows me. The design team has outdone themselves with the Tropical Paradise Collection cards, etc. The colors are hypnotizing. I can almost hear the birds. Great collection all around.

The Tropical Paradise Collection is my favorite one yet! The colors on the birds inspire my imagination. I love using the 3D Stamp paints suggested on the parrots. They make it POP! I'm very pleased that I bought the whole set.
