Watch this video https://youtu.be/IDC6cnO7OZI for tips on using the border basics dies.

Instructions: The ready side fold card measures 7 1/2" by 5 1/2". Choose a piece of pattern paper from the designer paper collection and cut it 1/4th inch smaller from all sides to the card base. Distress it on all the four sides using distress tool or scissors and layer it using foam tapes. Take another piece of white cardstock measuring 7" by 5" and score at 1/8th of an inch each time. Keep that panel aside. Top most panel measures 6 3/4" by 4 3/4". For this, smush the Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio distress inks on the craft sheet, spritz water and lift the color on the paper by pressing cardstock. Build few layers of colors, drying in between each layer using the heat gun. Once happy with the background, stamp a dogwood flower vine from Dogwood Chapel Cling Stamp Set, multiple times using black archival ink. In the open areas stamp little script from Large Elegant Word Background Cling Stamp Set. Randomly stamp the postcard stamp with Versa mark and heat emboss it with ranger's golden heat embossing powder. Now pull the color from the flower images with water using Koi Water Color Brush. Once all the background is ready, cut the base of the prepared pattern paper using Fleur Border Basics Die. Adhere a fancy die cut underneath the prepared pattern paper panel. Cut a circle from the prepared pattern paper using the Classic Circle Die. Cut an extra circle from white cardstock and layer in between the created pattern paper as shown. Now layer whole panel on the already scored white card stock base. Tie natural twine around the panel and adhere to card base.

On another sheet of white cardstock, stamp the floral vine multiple times and color it using Zig Clear Brush Markers. The shades used are 045, 041, 200, 220, 067. Cut the images with it's coordinating die. For the bird, image is stamped with archival and painted using, 045, 036 and 047 Zig clear brush markers. Once all the elements are ready, assemble the card as shown. To finish the card, hang 2 small tags at the end of the twine pieces and add sentiment from the paper collection.

Watch this video https://youtu.be/gI8RqHAt3vE to learn different shaping techniques using the dogwood flowers. Watch this video https://youtu.be/rdsIOVMXjIQ to learn how to create flowers with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.

Instructions: To make this layout, begin by preparing the 12" x 12" board. Take two pattern papers from Flowering Dogwood paper pad and tear into two. Position with a strip of corrugated paper and adhere to the chipboard. Make small tears along the sides and tuck in scraps of corrugated paper. Apply a thin coat of gesso and let it dry. Using the damask stencil and modelling paste, add texture on the layout. Let it dry.

Paint all the chipboard die cuts and frame with gesso and apply a thin layer of modelling paste on the frame covering all areas. Adhere the frame on the board and also position and adhere the other chip board die cuts. Fill the frame with chipboard pieces and cover with pattern paper.

Stamp all the images from the dogwood collection. Colour with Green ink and die cut with coordinating die. Shape on the flower shaping tool kit. Add pollens and prills in the centre and make double layered dogwoods.

Stamp the Berry Blossoms with plum ink and die cut with coordinating die. Shape on the flower making tool kit and add pollens.

Arrange the dogwood flowers all over the frame and as shown in the layout. Use silicon gel for this purpose to give a 3D look. Tuck in the leaves. Add the blossoms here and there. Add the moss and finally finish with the brown floral wires.

Stamp the doves and cut with coordinating die. Colour a little and add the glitter. Adhere the doves in the position shown in the layout.

Stamp the verse from Sunrise lily collection and add to the centre of the frame. Add the chipboard sentiment at the bottom. Apply glue and sprinkle glitter powder. Add a little stamping at the corners. Finish with more glitter here and there on the layout. Mount the complete layout on the black chip board.

Watch this video https://youtu.be/gI8RqHAt3vE to learn different shaping techniques using the dogwood flowers.

Instructions: My finished card is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2". Make card base and cover with a piece of the paper collection and then pick one of the card fronts and glue that to the base as well. Next stamp, cut out, and shape the flowers and leaves. The flowers and the dove are cut from the watercolor paper and the leaves are all stamped and cut out on a piece of the paper collection. I used the Dove Blender Pen and London Fog Memento ink to add some color to the dove. Next I added some glitter to the dove and set it aside to dry. Now use the Dove Blender Pen and add just a touch of Rhubarb Stalk color to the edges of the flower petals just for a bit more definition. I took the prills and rubbed some across the Guacamole ColorBox ink just to give them a little darker color. Add these prills to the centers of the flowers and set aside to dry. Next glue down the body of the dove and leave the tail feathers sticking up a bit. Place your flowers and leaves all around the dove and glue them down. I cut out the little tag that says Faith from the paper collection using the Luggage and Tags Die, used dimensional tape to adhere it to the front, then I glued the half pearl on the edge of it. Your card is finished.

Instructions: Fold a 4" x 6" card base in half and ink the edges with a light inking of Pickled Raspberry ink. Cut a panel of patterned paper 3 3/4" x 5 3/4". Mount onto a second piece of patterned paper and trim to leave a very small border. Adhere to the card base. Stamp a dogwood branch to the left side of the card. This will become the template for the floral cluster. Colour image with Copics. This only needs to be a basic colour, as most of it will eventually be covered. Stamp and die cut dogwood petals on white cardstock. Ink the edges with pink and the centres with yellow ink using sponge daubers. Lightly mist with water then gently, but tightly scrunch, to create a wrinkled effect on the petals. Allow to dry before uncurling. Layer two petals together to form larger flower, then begin adhering over the stamped flowers. Stamp and die cut leaves and ink in green. Shape with a stylus, then tuck under the edges of the flowers. Fill in any space in the cluster with additional small flowers, without compromising the overall shape created by the stamped image. Tuck tied ribbon into the top of the cluster, and add green prills to the flower centres. Cut a sentiment tag from patterned paper and shape. Adhere to the bottom right of the card with extra flowers and leaves tucked into the bottom of the tag. Stamp and die cut a dove image and add some light blue ink to the tail using a water brush. Shape the dove and adhere above the sentiment with foam dots. Apply fine glitter to the small details of the printed background, the flower petals, the dove tail and the word “Spring” in the sentiment.
