Other products: White, Green & Sky Blue cardstock; Soft Sky, So Saffron & Pear Pizzaz Ink pads (Stampin Up); Scor-Tape; pearls, 3d foam squares, sponge; scalloped edge punch; pearl stickers, diamond stickles

Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to learn how to create and shape the Botanic Orchid flowers.

Instructions: To create the gift box, I used the 2-5-7-10 Box Tutorial found here on Splitcoast Stampers with a few changes. I used a piece of white cardstock and once I did the scoring, I stamped the Orchid Accent stamp (from Regal Hummingbird stamp set) randomly using the sky blue ink. Instead of using the top flap as indicated in the instructions (I just cut the whole section off), I cut a piece of patterned paper to 3" x 4" and scored it at 2". Then I used a scalloped edge punch along the bottom of both sides. I used a hole punch to punch two holes to thread some ribbon through. Place the this top portion on the box and squeeze it close. Punch the two holes into the box tops and then adhere this top to the back portion of the box only. Once you thread the ribbon thru the holes you punched, this will close the bag.

To create the card, cut a piece of white cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" to create an A2 size card. Cut a piece of patterned paper from the collection to 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere onto card base. Die cut the Botanic Orchid Die from sky blue cardstock and adhere to card using 3d foam squares.

For the embellishments, stamp the large orchid 1 time and the medium orchid 5 times onto white cardstock using sky blue ink. Die cut with matching die. Color centers of orchids with dove blender pen using yellow and sky blue ink. Stamp the hummingbirds onto white cardstock using brown ink and color them using the dove blender pen and green ink. Die cut with the matching dies. Stamp the orchid accent from the Regal Hummingbird set onto green cardstock using green ink 3 times and die cut with matching die. Stamp the orchid bouquet from the Botanic Orchid Bouquet set onto green cardstock using green ink and die cut with matching die. Adhere the botanic orchid bouquet die cut onto card and decorate with the orchids and hummingbirds. Stamp the sentiment from the Botanic Orchid Bouquet set onto white cardstock and die cut using the tag die from the Luggage and Tags die set. Adhere into place on card using 3d foam squares.

Decorate the box using the 3 green orchid accents and the 3 small Botanic Orchid flowers. Add pearls and stickles to complete the card.

Instructions: Cut a 5" x 7" folded white card base. Cut another 5.5" x 7" white panel and trim the top and the bottom with the border essentials die and layer onto your folded card base. Layer the patterned paper pictured from the Winking Frog Paper on the white card base. Diecut the botanic window from white cardstock 6 times using the outer die and the straight die with the arch. Use two of these pieces to create the oval by cutting 2 of the window cut outs in half and then bump the two together to create the oval. Uses the remaining 4 frames to cut off the decorative top of the very top of each arch...this creates the decorative corner pieces. Stamp the Warmest wishes bouquet on white cardstock with pistachio ink and cut out this piece with an oval die. Stamp 1 more of this image and cut out the florals with the coordinating die. Stamp hummers with pistachio memento ink. Color the orchids lightly with the sweet plum ink and a sponge dauber. Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to see how to shape the orchids. Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to learn how to create and shape the Botanic Orchid flowers.

Instructions: Make 5" x 5" card base by cutting a piece of 5" x 10" white card stock and folding it in half. From the Botanical paper Collection, cut a piece 4 3/4" x 4 3/4" and layer this on the card base. Using the Window die, use the Arch die to cut 3 pieces. (This is the thinnest of the dies, it will cut a solid piece in an arch shape.) I cut 2 in light green and 1 in pink. Again, using the Window die, out of the Hunter green card stock, die cut the window frame. (This will be the bigger of the dies, with all the pretty scroll work.) Finally from the Window die, cut the center piece from the white card stock. Set all these aside.

Stamp the hummingbirds, and 3 sets of the smaller orchids, color them using the above Tim Holtz given colors and die cut them. Shape your 3 flowers and put them together. Also, while you're cutting, cut one of the lacy dies from the Arianna die set and cut it half. Set this aside as well.

From the pre-printed designer paper sheet and using the Regal Hummingbird Die, die cut the flower arrangement you see on the upper left corner of my card and using the Botanic Orchid Bouquet Die cut the bouquet image you see on the lower right hand corner of the card. Onto these images adhere the flowers you made earlier. Arrange them in a way that they looks like they are part of the die cut.

Back to the card, now over the first layer of designer paper you added to the card base, adhere the 2 green arches so they are side by side, but stay within the size for the card. Over these, center the pink arch, but use foam tape to give this 3rd piece some dimension. On either side of this layer tuck a piece of the Arianna Lace you had cut before. Over all this, now adhere the Window die cut over the pink arch and adhere the White arch on top of the pink arch. This gives you a completed window.

Now arrange your flower bouquet you on both sides of the windows, place the hummingbirds around the flowers.

Using the pre-printed sentiments from the paper collection, cut a piece that reads HAPPY BIRTHDAY to look like a banner and attached it to the front of the card just below one of the hummingbirds.

Use Gold stickles for the hummingbirds' tails and beaks plus on some of the flowers. On the top right corner and lower left corner I finished the card by adding 3 flat back pearls.

Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to learn how to create and shape the Botanic Orchid flowers.

Instructions: I started this project by painting my frame. First with a couple of coats of the chalky finish ivory paint. Let dry. Then I smudged on some of the Metallic Lustre with my fingers. In places where it was a little dark for my taste, I added a little more ivory paint on top. I used the gold metallic paint to paint the edges inside and outside of the frame, as well as in a few places on the front of the frame. Set aside to dry completely.

Stamp and cut out 3 sets of the Botanic Orchid Bouquet. Stamp and cut 1 small flower from Botanic Orchid. I used the inks above and daubers to colour all of my images. Leave one set of the Botanic Orchid Bouquet in one piece, from each of the others cut out just the blooms, some in 2 layers. Shape all of the blooms you have just cut out and adhere together on the full image using 3D foam tape. Shape and adhere together the single Botanic Orchid using 3D foam tape. With a paint brush coat all of blooms with the clear crackle paint, and let dry. Using the Tombow Mono Aqua adhesive add beads to the middles of your orchids.

Add the silk ribbon and burlap string loops to your frame using hot glue. Next add your Botanic Orchid Bouquet, and single Botanic Orchid to the frame, also using hot glue. Then simply add your buttons and pearls.

The inside of the frame is 4" x 6" in size. I cut the purple patterned paper to 4" x 6", and a strip of the light teal pattern to 1.5" x 6". I matted my cropped photo (3" x 4") in cream and then black cardstock. Then added some simple little purple patterned paper photo corners. To make these, simply cut squares that are 0.75", cut in half diagonally. Then adhere the matted photo in the middle of the frame using 3D foam dots.

Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to learn how to create and shape the Botanic Orchid flowers.

Instructions: This card measures approximately 4" x 7" when closed and 7" x 12" when open. Start by cutting a piece of white card stock 7" x 12" and score on the long edge at the 4" and 8" marks.  Now it is time to mark where you need to score to make the 3 pop-outs. (I find it easier to drawing a line where to score and then erase it when I am done.) Using a pencil measure over 6 1/2" from the left side and draw a line down from the top starting 1/2" from the top and finishing at the 2 1/4" mark down from the top. Repeat from the 2 3/4" to 4 1/4" marks and finally the 4 3/4" and 6 1/4" marks. Repeat the same but this time 9 1/2" from the left side. These marks will be your score lines. Now, horizontally between the lines you will need to use a knife and cut slits. I like to use a steel ruler for this to get a nice straight line. Once you have completed your scoring and cutting your finished card should look like this. The score lines are in Red and the cut lines in Blue. Once you use your bone folder to get these edges nice and sharp, repeat using designer paper from the Botanic Orchid Paper Collection cut a little smaller for dimension.

The Botanic Orchid flowers on the left side panel were stamped on White cardstock with Tuxedo Black and cut with the matching die. They were distressed with Lilac Posies ink before shaping the flowers with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. The stamens were colored with Squeezed Lemonade and after they were attached to the flowers they were accented with Pollen Micro Beads.

The Botanic Orchid Bouquet images on both the middle and right hand panel were stamped on White cardstock with Tuxedo Black and cut with the matching dies. These images were colored using a combination of a Dove Blender Pen, Lilac Posies Ink and Peeled Paint Distressed Markers. The flowers were stamped on white cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink and distress with Lilac Posies ink and then shaped with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. The stamens were done in the same manner as the first panel, colored with Squeezed Lemonade distress marker and after they were attached to the flowers they were accented with Pollen Micro Beads for a nice finish.

The Regal Hummingbird Cling Stamp Set was stamped on White cardstock using Tuxedo Black and cut with the matching die. They were colored using a Dove Blender Pen and a combination of Teal Zeal Ink, Lilac Posies Ink and Peeled Paint Distressed Markers and attached with 3D foam dots as shown.

Finish the card by adding a few pre-made tags from the Botanic Orchid Paper Collection that were die cut with the Luggage and Tags Die and lightly brushed with Glitter Paste, a ribbon sentiment from the same Botanic Orchid Paper Collection attached along the top of the card and 4 of the square 1" images included in the Botanic Orchid Paper Collection on the pop outs.

Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to learn how to create and shape the Botanic Orchid flowers.

Instructions: Cut X-Press It paper at 8 1/4" x 5 1/2". Score at 4 1/4". Stamp the hummingbird on the right side of the paper (as shown in the picture) with Tuxedo Black Dye Ink. Color the hummingbird with Copic markers - B21, B02, B01, B000, B0000. Color the front of the card stock using a watercolor wash. I used lavender, purple and green watercolor.

Draw a light line with a pencil vertically though the area of the hummingbird that you want to extend off the edge of the card. Extend the vertical line down the entire edge of the page. Align the line with the edge of the cutting plate of your die machine. Secure the outer edge to the plate with tape. Most of the card will hang over the edge of the cutting plate and not cut when the plate is run through the machine. The die will only cut the portion of the hummingbird that is enclosed within the cutting plates. Cut from the top pencil line to the die cut area and again from the bottom of the pencil line to the die cut area. When the card is folded, part of the hummingbird will extend over the edge of the card and give the appearance of a bird in flight.

An optional green mat was cut and placed behind the front of the card to give more strength to the underside. The corners of the top flap were shaped with a corner rounder. The inside of the card mat was cut using 4" x 5 1/4" of green card stock. The  designer paper on the inside was cut from the Botanic Orchid Paper Collection. It was cut at 3 3/4" x 5".

The Botanic Orchid Cling Stamp was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black on X-Press It paper. If you are going to use Copic markers, you can use any Copic compatible ink. If you are going to sponge the paper, I like to use any 65# white paper. The flowers were lightly spritzed with a small amount of water and shaped with the flower shaping tool. The flowers were assembled and glued with Designer Clear Adhesive.

The  flourish was cut from the Cut Mat Create 2A Die. Some gentle shaping was applied to allow the edges to curl for movement.

The edges of the white card stock and inside designer paper were lightly sponged with memento Espresso Truffle Dye Ink. The layers were assembled. The flourish and flowers were fixed with clear Designer Glue. Pearls were added for embellishment.

Watch this video https://youtu.be/SRyuiBrFluo to learn how to create and shape the Botanic Orchid flowers.

Instructions: Cut out window die from white card stock and color with the pretty pansy ink. Cut out the border die and color with the green ink, lightly. Cut out 6" x 6" panel from decorative card stock and glue down using the Dries Clear glue the window. Ink the edges of your 6" x 6" panel with the darker purple ink. Add the boarder die to the card with foam dots cut so they won't show through the diecut. Stamp the sentiment on white card stock, cut out with cut mat and create die and ink edges then add to the card with foam tape. Add the pearls on the window as shown.

Stamp and cut out several of the orchid die and also several of the classic leaves. Color the leaves with the green ink and mold the leaves with the flower tool kit, zig zagging on the back of the leaves to give them their shape. Color some of the larger orchid blooms with the two purple inks and then several of the small with the sunny yellow and purple in the center. Using the quilling tip ruffle the edges, then spritz with water and pleat the petals. Do this on all the flowers and the layer and stack as shown to create a pansy. Attach the flowers and leaves to the front of the card as shown and mount on a plain 6" x 6" white card base to complete.
