Watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84Re1-gaq1o for shaping tips and techniques on the hibiscus flowers and leaves.
Instructions: The box that I altered was 12 1/2" x 8 1/2" with bottom of 13" x 9" and height 2". For cover of the box I decided to make an aquarium amidst in sea waves. I took a separate piece of chipboard half an inch smaller to the actual size of the lid. Applied first coat of heavy white gesso and gave textures with tearing the pattern paper on two corners. The space left was given textures using texture paste randomly and sprinkled glass beads when wet. Dry it with the heat gun. Prime the whole area of pattern paper with a light coat of white gesso. Once dry start misting with 2-3 shades of blue drying it in between all coats. Once happy with the background, decorated it with an oval aquarium, fussy cut and shaped embellishments from pattern paper, diamond dust and glass beads.
For oval aquarium on the cover, adhere designer paper on thick black cardstock. Cut a base layer using Spellbinders Grand Ovals die. Cut 1 piece of ring by nesting first two dies and another using 1st and 3rd die of the same. Attach acetate sheet behind the top layer. Create under the water theme by using fussy cut fishes and shells and add prills and micro beads for decoration. Glue them together on the base layer using foam tape and close the aquarium. I used the Leafy Branch Die to create corals. I heat embossed the cutouts with different shades of heat embossing powders and sprinkled prills when hot. You really have to be little quick here. You can heat set them again if necessary.
For the round aquarium inside the box, This is simply fussy cut from the same collection. Cut the separate layers and mount them on thick card stock. Adhere acetate to the back of top layer and decorate the base layer using prills and fussy-cut shells. Now close the aquarium using 3-D foam tape.
For the aquarium inside the lid, I made a huge magnetic pocket in the lid of the box which can hold lots of multi fold tags and photo mats. All the tags and photo mats are magnetic so that they can stay stuck in place while opening the box. The whole 2" depth of lid is used to create different layers of aquarium which is decorated with all fussy cut embellishments. All the embellishments were coated with multi medium matt to add extra strength and also glittered using golden stickles.
For the album, the size of the album is 10" x 5 3/4". Since I wanted to add lots of folds and extra embellishments inside the album I followed Heartfelt Creations Pocket and Flip fold inserts Pocket A and customized my own 2 pieces keeping an extra hinge of half an inch between all the folds. You will need one piece of black chip board measuring 10" x 5 3/4" for the base. For the rest, you can use anything, chip board or thick black cardstock. I prefer using chipboard as it makes the album more sturdy. If using chipboard, you will need 2 pieces of 5" x 5 3/4" (one each for right and left panels), 4 pieces of 3 3/4" X 5 3/4" (2 pieces each for both right and left panels), 4 pieces of 2 1/2" x 5 3/4" (2 pieces each for both right and left panels) and 10 pieces of hinges with black cardstock measuring 1 1/2" x 5 3/4" neatly scored at 1/2" and 1" (5 pieces each for right and left panel. Now separate all the pieces for both panels. Adhere red tacky tape on both the outer sides of all the hinges. Take out releasing paper of one side of the hinge and stick to the left side of chipboard piece that we have cut for the base and the other side of the hinge to 5" x 5 3/4". Now stick another hinge to the same piece on the same side and stick 3 3/4" X 5 3/4". Again attach a hinge to the same and stick the second piece of 3 3/4" X 5 3/4". Continue using rest of the 2 pieces measuring 2 1/2" x 5 3/4" in the same way. If it seems little confusing do check the picture of an opened album on my blog or take the reference of Heartfelt Creations Flip fold inserts Pocket A.
All the inside pages of the album are decorated using panels from the same collection. I have heat embossed cutouts from Spellbinder’s Wonky Rectangles, Layered Elegant Swirl Die and Ornate Border and Pocket Die to create pockets and photo mats for the album. The top Most panel is decorated using fussy-cut hibiscus from the same collection, heat embossed Layered Elegant Swirl Die. Watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84Re1-gaq1o for shaping tips and techniques on the hibiscus flowers and leaves.
Instructions: The finished project measures 8" x 8". Before I started painting my wooden shadow box, I noticed that it was very rough so I gave my box a light sanding with some fine grit sanding paper. I wiped the box with a damp rag to remove any dust and painted the edges and outside of my box with white acrylic paint. This box required 2 coats of paint. After the paint dried, I applied strips of patterned paper (shells) from the collection around the outside. I also adhered strips of patterned paper on the inside of the box. I cut the sheet of patterned paper that I wanted to use as my background to fit the inside of the box and adhered it into place using Multi Matte Medium and a paint brush. Using a dry paper towel, I rubbed the background paper to make sure there were no bubbles and that it was adhering well to the box.
To decorate the inside of the box, using the beautiful Under the Sea papers, I created a "vignette" inside my box. I picked the papers I liked best and cut them using my scissors. I used the bottom corners of 2 different patterns. I wavy cut the papers and I also scored them at about 1/4" in from the sides and bottom. Using that scored portion as a flap, I adhered the papers into place, spacing them out on either side of the box to look like an underwater playground!
Using the matching dies and the sheet of preprinted images, I die cut the fish and shells that I wanted to place in my box. I adhered these either with the matte medium or with 3d foam squares.
To create the hibiscus flowers, I stamped the image onto white text weight paper using Rich Cocoa Memento Ink, inked them using sponges and die cut them with the matching dies. Using the flower shaping kit, I shaped my flowers. I added Minnie Pearl Prills to the center of my flowers. I used 4 large flowers and 4 medium flowers. Stamp the Under the Sea coral stamp onto white text weight paper using Rich Cocoa Memento Ink, color with ink and sponges and then die cut with the matching dies. I used 3 of these images on my box. Adhere the Coral and flowers into place on the edges of the box as shown. I used matte medium to adhere these for added security. Embellish the fish and other sea life with Crystal Stickles.

Instructions: Begin by creating a 6" x 6" card base from white card stock. Locate the same sized background panel as shown on card. Ink all edges with a bright colored pink ink. Adhere to card base using pop dots. Next locate the smaller premade card panel as shown. Ink all edges with pink ink once again and using pop dots adhere to card front. Locate the small paper image where sentiment will be stamped. Ink all edges with a pink ink and stamp sentiment and set aside to dry. Cut a light colored piece of patterned paper just slightly larger and mat behind sentiment. Ink all edges of sentiment mat. Adhere sentiment to card using pop dots.
Stamp one image of the sea horse, floating hibiscus, large shell and also one stamping of the hibiscus flower cling stamp set onto white card stock using black ink. Color using alcohol markers, and cut using coordinating craft dies. Ink edges on all embellishment pieces with a light brown ink. Next, using your Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and a spritz of water, shape the shell and floating hibiscus flowers. Slide the floral die cut through the shell slightly to bring some of the cut out image in front of the shell. Using pop dots adhere to card front. Next adhere sea horse to card as shown using pop dots. Using your Deluxe Flower Shaping tool and a spritz of water, shape flowers. Adhere mid and small sized flowers to card as shown. Add dew drops to side of card where sentiment sits, starting from the bottom working up to the top to simulate bubbles. Apply glitter to shell, flowers, and sea horse. Lastly, apply prills to flower centers and dots of Stickles randomly to background.

Instructions: Beginning with a folded 6" x 6" coral card stock base, trim the 6" x 6" Hibiscus panel from the Under the Sea Paper Collection down to 5 3/4" square and add to your card front. From the next 6" x 6" panel which has the underwater scene, cut out the square section as well as the circle center section. Back each of these with coral card stock and mount onto the card base. Use foam dots behind the circle for some dimension. Using Art Institute Dries Clear Glue, add a bit of glitter to the seaweed.
Using text weight Cryogen metallic paper, stamp the Tropical Hibiscus and the Leaves twice with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Using the coordinating Tropical Hibiscus die set, die cut them out. Add color using Worn Lipstick and Festive Berries Distress Ink for the flowers. Using Copic markers, G24 and G28, add color to the leaves. Shape the flowers and leaves with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit then stack two same size petals to create each flower. Use the 3 smallest blossoms from the stamp set. Trim the stamen off the lower petals; adding yellow glitter to the stamens and flower centers. Add micro fine transparent glitter around the edges of the flowers and leaves. Mat the "You Inspire me" panel from the paper pack with Coral card stock; adhering to the lower right corner of the card.
Add another 6" x 6" panel, trimmed to 5 3/4" square, to the inside of the card. Layer one of the smaller panels from the paper collection onto coral card stock, then mount offset. Fussy cut the yellow fish from the paper pack and mount with foam dots.

Instructions: My card size is 6" x 6". Make card base and cut a piece of the paper collection to cover the front of the card. Stamp, cut and color flowers then moisten with a bit of water and use Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit to shape. Set aside to dry. Once dry I colored a bit of Flower Soft and glued that to the stamen. I added a strip of lace on the bottom of the card then found a piece of coral on the paper and cut it out with the die and glued it over the lace piece. I found the tag that said "You Inspire Me" and fussy cut it and then matted a coordinating piece of the paper under it. I used dimensional tape to the back of the tag and then adhered it to the card. Next I placed the flowers, buds and leaves where I wanted them and glued them down.
I stamped, colored and cut out the little turtle and then added glitter. I used a stylus to sort of curve him to give him some dimension then I used dimensional tape to pop him up a bit.

Watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84Re1-gaq1o for shaping tips and techniques on the hibiscus flowers and leaves.
Instructions: To make the card I found a free seashell template online and turned the template into a cut file. The final size of this card is 6" x 6". The shell was welded together and then cut out of white card stock with a smaller size cut using a piece of paper from the Under the Sea Paper Collection for both the inside and top of the card. I wanted to have the shell on the inside pop out so this was accomplished by cutting 2 slits, 1 1/2" long and 1" apart centered on the designer paper facing top to bottom.
The Tropical Hibiscus flowers were stamped on white cardstock with Expresso Truffle, cut with the matching die and distressed with Abandoned Coral Distressed Ink. Shape flowers with Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, add mini beads to the stamens and finishing them off by lightly spraying them with Goosebumps Clear Texture Spray. The large sea shell from the Coral Reef Collage Cling Stamp Set was stamped on white cardstock with Expresso Truffle, cut with the matching die, distressed and colored with Desert Sand, shaped slightly with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and finished off with Goosebumps Clear Texture Spray. The large image on the top of the inside of the card is stamped from the Under the Sea Coral Cling Stamp Set on white cardstock with Expresso Truffle, cut with the matching die and colored with Cracked Pistachio and Abandoned Coral distressed markers. The small sea shells from the Tropical Hibiscus Cling Stamp Set were stamped on white cardstock with Expresso Truffle, cut with the matching die and colored with Antique Linen and Spun Sugar distressed markers. The Jelly Fish is stamped from the Under the Sea Coral Cling Stamp Set on white cardstock with Expresso Truffle, cut with the matching die and colored with Abandoned Coral and Fossilized Amber distressed markers blending them with a water brush. The sentiment from the Heartfelt Wishes Cling Stamp Set is stamped on white cardstock with Versamark and heat embossed with Fern Green Embossing Powder before die cutting with the Cut Mat Create 1B Die. Finally the tag that is sticking out of the large shell is cut from the paper in the Under the Sea Paper Collection using the Luggage and Tags Die.

Instructions: Cover the box inside and out using the Under the Sea Designer Paper Collection and washi tape on the box and the lid to cover the raw edges and give the box a finished looked.
Stamp 2 sets of the Hibiscus flowers using the cling stamps. Colored the images in using alcohol markers before using the Hibiscus dies. Once the flowers were die cut, I layered them and finished them with gold and diamond Stickles. At this time, I also stamped, colored and die cut the Sea Horse. I set this aside until the box was ready to embellish.
On the lid, I used an image from the Under the Sea paper collection. The one I chose reads, "There is only one like you." I cut it to fit the box lid and layered it on black cardstock.
Once everything was ready, I glued the flowers around the base of the lid making sure I didn't cover too much of the image. To finish the look, die cut a couple of the small tags from the designer paper collection using the Luggage & Tags Die and tucked them under the layered image on the right hand corner. At this time, the little Sea Horse was tucked beneath the flowers right over the bigger Sea Horse pre-printed image, to give it a 3d effect. Once the box was done, the entire image and flowers were made sparkly with Stickles.

Instructions: The background of this layout is created with layers of chocolate and white cardstock 11.5" x 11.5". Then the dark green Under the Sea patterned paper 11.25" x 11.25". I hand cut wavy layers of other patterns along the bottom of the layout, starting with strips that were about 2" wide. The strip of dark coral patterned paper is about 5.5" wide, and is matted in white cardstock. Then a narrow 2" strip of the teal patterned paper runs down the middle. I created the topper of the wide banner using the light orange patterned paper, with a piece of the border strip along the top.
The photo is matted in white, yellow and chocolate cardstock. I stamped and cut 3 sets of the Tropical Hibiscus flowers. They are coloured using dye inks. Once shaped, I added a layer of gold spray using a paintbrush. Then added chocolate liquid pearls to the middles. Using liquid adhesive, I added little clumps of gold beads in the middle of each flower. I also coloured the leaves using dye inks, and then sprayed them with the green dimensional spray.
The fish and the shells are all coloured using Tombow Irojiten Vivid coloured pencils (light orange, dark orange, yellow, pink, plum). I again brushed on a golden layer of the spray. I added the orange stickles to the fins of the fish. I coloured the porthole using metallic markers. I hand cut the seaweed from cardstock and coloured them much the same way as the leaves, and sprayed them after.
I used a combination of 3D foam dots and my glue gun to adhere all of my bits and pieces to the layout, starting with the netting around the photo. Then I added the flowers, leaves and seaweed. To finish I added the fish and shells.

Other products: Heavy white card-stock, navy blue card-stock, X-Press It Blending Card, die cutting machine, double sided tape, glitter in coordinating blue and green shades, Copic Alcohol Ink Markers, white opaque white ink, Ranger Vintage Photo Distress Ink, one brad, texture paste, mini misting bottle
Instructions: Cut card base at 5.5" x 11" and score in landscape position at 5.5". This will create a 5.5" x 5.5" card. Tip: cover the scored line with a pice of paper prior to scoring the fold to avoid unwanted line marks on your card. Cut base layer of blue card-stock at 5.25" x 5.25". Cut designer paper (Under the Sea Paper Collection) at 5" x 5", Stamp the shell and two seahorses on X-Press It Blending Card or any Copic compatible paper with Memento Espresso Truffle Ink. Color the seashell using Copic markers: E000, E00, E02, E33, E35, E37, W5 and opaque white ink. Seahorse #1: E49, YG63, YG65, YG61, G28, opaque white ink. Seahorse #2: YR27, YR23, YR20, B28, B24 and opaque white ink. Die cut the stamped, colored images. Sponge the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Lightly spritz the back side of the images with a mini mister and mold the dimension using the Flower Shaping Kit. Allow the image to dry. Optional: I added a light coat of texture paste on the underside of my shaped images. Allow the texture paste to dry. This is optional but I love doing this on images that have a lot of shaping.
Cut a 5" strip of 2" double-sided Tape. Cut 4 wavy lines across the tape in a landscape orientation as shown in picture. Adhere each strip of tape to the bottom of the designer paper. Make sure to bump each strip up against each other so it appears as if the strip of tape has not been cut. Remove the protective covering off the first piece of tape revealing the adhesive. Burnish one color of glitter into the adhesive strip. The more you rub the glitter, the prettier it will look! Repeat the process on each strip. Burnish the next color of glitter well before moving on to the next strip. Continue with each strip until you have completed covering and burnishing all of the strips. Note: Burnishing the glitter really well before moving to the next strip and new color of glitter will prevent the glitter from mixing together and your strips will appear distinct and yet, coordinate with each other. Adhere the layers of card-stock and designer paper on the card base using double-sided tape.
Add the shell and seahorses. Cut the sentiment from Under the Sea Paper Collection and add a brad. Adhere the sentiment to the card.
