Instructions: Cover a 28 x 30 cm canvas with gesso. Then color it with Tim Holtz’ Distress Ink Pads – begin from the top and work your way to the bottom with “Wild Honey”, “Spiced Marmalade” and “Fired Brick”. Cover the edges with Tim Holtz “Tea Dye” distress ink pad. To create the stamped frame use the following HC stamp sets: HCPC 3403 Shabby Chic Lace PreCut Set, HCPC 3485 Ornamental Raspberries PreCut Set, HCPC 3413 Basketweave Background PreCut Set, HCPC 3473 Tattered Background PreCut Set – with brown ink pad and HCPC 3470 Broken Cinder Blocks PreCut Set with reddish ink. Stamp the corner swirl from HCPC 3443 Palace Entry PreCut Set at the top corners of your canvas with Perfect Medium and cover the stamped image with golden glitter. Allow it to dry and brush off the excessive glitter. Then use the following stamp sets to create the inside of your background - HCPC 3323 Large Elegant Word Background PreCut Set, HCPC 3473 Tattered Background PreCut Set, HCPC 3483 Days Gone By PreCut Set. Blend some “Tumbled Glass” distress ink on top of the stamped images to create lighter spots on the background. Stamp your sentiment from the HCPC 3321 Believe PreCut Set with brown archival ink.  For the doll you need my sketch and HC Classic Editions Collection Paper Pad. Print the sketch few times on a normal paper and cut out all the different elements.  For the Sketch click here .Then you can outline them of the pattern paper and cut them out, or you can glue them upside down and cut them. For the smaller elements I used the second method to make sure that I’ll have the right size. Distress the edges of the ready pieces with brown ink and begin assembling your paper doll. Once it is glued on the canvas, add Stickles Glitter Glue and little flowers with pearls {cut out from the patter paper} to decorate the dress. Stamp the truck {HCPC 3482 Antique Truck PreCut Set} with black ink on red pattern paper and cut it out with HCD 724 Classic Editions Die. Color the tires black and emboss the wheels to add dimension to your canvas. Cut the berries branches, the pumpkins and the large blossoms from the patter papers and arrange them around the paper doll. Add some pearly swirls {I used Flourish With A Bling Grace Latte, which I cut into pieces} to finish off the design.
