Instructions: 12 x 12 base is in blue cardstock then punch 12 x12 kraft cardstock and layer over blue. Cut 11 x 11 inch in matching blue, distress, and 10.75 x 10.75 in white distress ad layer over kraft cardstock. Cut and distress 2 patterned papers, 1- 5.5 x 9.5 inches and the other 5 x 9 inches. Place a white punched border in between the center and make a 5 inch one for the patterned paper bottom right corner. Blue mist swirl pattern on white cardstock and fussy cut around edges, let dry. Layer over patterned paper as shown. Frame photo in blue, white and layer over kraft cardstock that has been crimped. Cut 2 pieces of the leftover patterned paper 3 x 5 inches and layer on left side and right bottom side. Fussy cut out 2 waves of kraft cardstock and crimp. Layer near the bottom. Make 3 banners and use computer for journaling and title with pop dots. Stamp 3 flying birds and 1 sitting bird from “brookside manor” in black and diecut with “garden romance”. Diecut 3 straight fences from “garden romance” and cut the pointed edges off the top. Glue 2 pieces together and layer over sand/kraft, the other fence will go slightly upwards on the left hand side. Diecut 3 “Belle Rose” in blue and cut the swirl off then glue in an upward motion for a water wave look. Stamp in black “perfect petals” then mist with blue, let dry, diecut with “perfect petals”. Make 10 middle size, 5 next size up and 5 of the next size up, layer petals. Add pearls in center with pop dots. Place fish netting in 3 corners and place flowers and shells on top, place 3 birds on top and one down over the banner. Place 2 journaling banners on left hand side, slightly off of each other. Place water swirl under flower going upwards and add piece of rope across photo with 2 knots on each side.
