Card measures 4-1/8" x 5-3/4"  Cut card base from light blue cardstock to 5-3/4" x 8-1/4" and fold in half. Cut 8 pieces of patterned paper and adhere to the front of the card. Cut a slit in the edge of the card and thread the string around the front. Stamp the flower images on cardstock with staz on ink and color them with distress markers. Cut them out with the coordinating die and adhere them to the card. Stamp the sentiment on a piece of cardstock and cut it out and adhere it to the card. Finish off the card by coloring the edges with chalk ink.
