Instructions: 6" x 5 1/2" Center Step Card Follow step by step instructions for making  Center Step Card on Splitcoast Stampers.  Next trace front of card on desired patterned paper.  Cut 1/8" smaller all around so when you matte your patterned paper it creates a border with the card base.  With coordinating cardstock cut two strips of paper to 1 1/8" x 4 1/4" and adhere to sides of card front.  With Tuxedo Black Memento Ink stamp the largest teacup and color with Copics.  Cut out with Nested Tea Cups Shapeabilities.  Attach to card front with pop dots and add Yellow Stickles to flower center.  Using Cryogen Paper cut out Spellbinders Label 4 and while still in die distress with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink.  Remove from die and with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink stamp "Best Wishes . . . " sentiment from Heartfelt Expressions.   Wrap Vintage Seam binding around center card front and adhere with Scor-Tape.  Attach Label 4 on top.  Finish by adding Adhesive Faux Pearls.
