Instructions: Cut blue cardstock to 3.5” x 7.75”.  Cut patterned paper to 6.5” x 7”.  To follow directions for the Tea Bag Tutorial found on Splitcoast  click here     To decorate the front and back, cut 2 pieces of patterned paper to 3.25” square.  For the spine, cut the patterned paper to .5” x 3.25” and adhere all three pieces to your tea bag holder.  Cut doily in half and apply to bottom half of the front cover.  Add adhesive to top edge of doily and attach ribbon.  Cut largest tea cup and stamp using China Fragments.  Color with copic markers and sponge along edges.  Add adhesive pearls to centers of some flowers and add a little glitter to flower centers using the glitter gel pen.  Attach tea cup to front of cover using foam dimensionals. For the inside, cut 2 pieces of white cardstock to 3.25” square.  Stamp sentiment from Inspire Me and image from Tattered Blossom Swirls onto one piece.  Color with copics and sponge edges with Tea Dye ink.  Attach to inside front cover and embellish with pearls and glitter pen.  Stamp image from Tattered Blossoms Swirl onto the top right corner of the other piece and color with copics.  Sponge edges with Tea Dye ink and attach to inside back cover.  Embellish with pearls and glitter pen.
