Card measures 4-1/8" x 5-3/4" Cut card base from cream cardstock to 5-3/4" x 8-1/4 and fold in half.Cut two peices of patterned paper, one piece is 5-3/8" x 3-7/8" and the other is 5-1/4" x 3-5/8". Adhere the pieces together leaving a small border around the smaller piece. Cut two small squarer of cardstock and stamp the sentiment and the flower swirl. Adhere them to the patterned papers. Add some ribbon to the patterned paper and secure it on the back. Adhere the piece to the card base and put some gems on the card. For the teacup, stamp the cup and handle on a piece of cardstock. Cut it out using the coordinating die and color the image with distress inks. Adhere it to the card.
