Directions: Cut white cs 5 3/8" x 10 3/4" and fold in half. Cut lilac DP 5 1/4" square. Cut floral DP 5 1/8" square. Adhere layers with ATG. Punch heart border 5 1/8" long and add to card. Cut 5 3/8" piece of lace and add to card with Fabric Fusion. Die cut Floral Oval from white cs and Classic Ovals large from DP.  Stamp China Fragments Tea Cup (middle size) with Staz-On and die cut. Color with Prismacolor pencils and add Spica_lilac for detail. Add cup to oval frame and add rhinestones and "steam". Add to card with pop dots. Stamp Heartfelt Expressions sentiment with Victorian Velvet, cut out and add to card. Stamp smallest and middle cups on shrink plastic, color with Copics, cut out and punch holes for jump ring. Shrink according to directions. Tie bow, slip cups on heart clip and add to bow. Adhere bow with glue dot.
