Instructions:  Begin with a 9in. x 6 1/2 in. light gray cardstock piece of paper- score at 4 1/2 in.  Cut black paper at 4 1/4 in. x 5 3/4 in.  Using the decorative border die, cut the bottom edge of the black paper.  Attach to the front of the card.  Cut pink/ gray flowered paper at 3 7/8in. x 5in.  Ink the edges of the paper with black ink.  Attach to the black paper and tuck under the border punch.  Stamp the leaves using Memento Ink on the Glitz paper.  Use the Bella Rose Die Cut to cut out the image.  Attach at the top right of the card.   Stamp two sets of the rose flowers on the Mind’s Eye paper.  Use colored pencils to add dimension.  Cut the roses out and paper piece the center of the roses.  Use foam adhesive to give the flowers dimension.  Attach to the leaves on the card.  Add pearl accents within the flower arrangement.  Stamp the sentiment and cut out oval shape.  Distress edges and tuck behind the border punch.  Add 5 separate pearls to the border.
