Directions: Cut a piece of green cardstock 5 1/2 x 11 and fold in half.  Cut a piece of Decorator paper 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to the card.  Stamp the birch tree onto white cardstock and color with Copic Markers.  Cut the tree down to the desired size, then sponge with Distress ink.  Cut a piece of peach cardstock to mat the stamped piece.  Adhere to the card.  Stamp two boots and two cowboy hats onto white cardstock and color with Copic Markers.    Cut out the boots and the hats with the matching dies.  Then cut off the brim of the hat and pop it up onto the other hat to give a 3-D effect.  Adhere the boots and the hat onto the card, popping up the second boot and the hat.  Stamp the sentiment onto white cardstock and cut out with the oval die.  Leave the die over the paper and sponge with Distress Ink.  Remove the die and pop up onto the card.  Wrap the hemp around two fingers, three times.  Then cut a shorter piece of hemp and tie a knot on the top of the wrapped hemp to create a lasso.  Attach to the sentiment. Add pearls to the sentiment tag and allow to dry.
