Cut Rustic card stock base to 4 1/4" X 11" and score at the 5 1/2" mark, fold. Use a 4" X 5 1/4" mat of black card stock and cut the patterned paper to 3 7/8" X 5 1/8", distress edges. Sew the distressed panel onto the black card stock. Add a 1 1/2" X 4 1/2" matted and sewn striped card stock to the newsprint patterned paper. Die cut 2 Spellbinders Foliage shapes and sponge Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap lightly to all edges, careful not to tear the leaves. Stamp 10 Posy Patch flowers in a mixture of 4 medium and 6 small shapes. Using Spellbinders coordinating Posy Patch dies and Heartfelt Creations method for aligning the stamps/dies, cut flowers out of damask patterned paper. With a scoring tool and a spongy mat, lightly roll the scoring tool over the whole die cut. This makes the edges curl up. Layer flowers and add gems to the middles. Add gemstone bling, lace over the striped panel, the Foliage leaves and then finally the curled flowers. Stamp sentiment on cream card stock, sponge edges, curl gently on a pencil and adhere onto card base. Make sure to add a little more bling on the sentiment.
